well a few weeks ago i placed an order a very easy order and they couldn't even fill it. we got the wrong wings and some of the order wasn't even there and was cold as shit. and it took 1hr 30 min to arrive. we had it delivered and when I called to talk to the manager he wasn't there and the young girl didn't knkw what to do she told me all she could do was give me a $12 credit. when $26 dollars of the order was missing. called the manager the next day and he told me to bad you have to come in and the day of the mess up. piss poor management and very bad customer relations. service is garbage and the food is poor. no one should even eat or order from this disgusting and miss managed restaurant. I would rate it with negative stars if possible. My experience was disappointing; I waited to talk to the manager, and they told me to try my luck next time. When I asked to see someone in charge, they suggested I come back another time. There's no reason management shouldn't address customers wanting to share their feedback. I love Wild Wing wings, however I find it hard to want to dine in here. It's always empty when you walk in. Wait staff have always been friendly. However one night I was here watching a raptors game, and the bartenders working were very loud, hanging out, and barely tending to the few customers in the bar. I didn't want to hear their conversations but could anyway. Wasn't very professional, haven't been back to that location since. Food was good though. This is a great place to go watch the game, welcoming staff, very friendly mngr is honest and great bartenders. Although when you come in, it is not busy, this place beats most pub and sports bars in Milton only other place to compare to the service and food is shoeless joes on Thomson and main st. Give wild wings a try visit there sit have a drink they'll take great care of you. They know true customer service. Mind you I'm use to Richmond Hill standards of busy not small town busy. We were craving wings, and remember going here before with some friends...so we decided to go again. The wings here are alright. I got Mild+Lemon Pepper for the first time, and my girlfriend got Garlic Parmesan. As usual, our wings came with a carrot slice and a celery slice. Mine were what appeared to be clean, but my gf's still had dirt on it. Do they even wash their veggies??? Turned us both off. Not to mention...when it came time to pay, we used the machine and ended up having to take the merchants and our own receipts out of the machine as the waitress was busy chatting up with a coworker. The location is quiet and the place isn't that busy, so its a quick in and out if you're craving wings but don't want to be out for long. Came in today around 2 pm and the restaurant was dead. Me and my pal were the only ones inside which was awesome for us. The waitress was super nice and provided service right away. We ordered three pounds of boneless wings and loved them all! Hard to determine what it would be like when it was busier, will update next time i visit! read more
