I asked if delivery guy could not ring the doorbell as I have older relatives and did not want to disturb them. They sometimes sleep very early or nap. He said they would call me but when the time came they did not call but rang the doorbell causing my relatives to have to rush to door and call me. Apprently the delivery guy did not receive my request despite the person who took my order assuring me they would tell them. It's a small thing but I requested for a reason and I will support your business if you have a good product and service.
