I just ordered off of Uber eats, not only was it TWENTY dollars for 5 onion rings, and 10 pinkish wings... the grand total was $30.00 when it got to the door and the food looked like it was tossed around in the box, it was cold as ice... even my friend didn't want any. I was craving wings so we went to Wild wing on Innes road. It was a huge disappointment. We were seated and they got us our drinks pretty quick. Everything went downhill after that. We waited 30 min to get the waitress attention (she had cool pink hair, but some attitude maybe tired or long shift but did not give a crap) Some of the food we ordered eventually came about an hour later, but the fries were super cold and stale that I thought they were from the previous night. I asked other waiter for fresh ones. He checked the fries with his own hand, apologized, and said they'd bring a fresh plate. They never brought another plate of fries. Then the nachos we order came about 20 minutes later. Again, they were super cold and old too. At that point I was so hungry, I ate the whole plate. We were never given cutlery, nor any napkins (eating wings lol). I only got the one drink because I knew there was zero chance of getting to order another one. I've been to another location of Wild Wings before and thought it was A-OK. This one had a nicer space overall - but everything was coated in stickyness. Needs a good cleaning! Staff were nice, food was what we expected. Multiple TVs ensure you've always got something sporty to watch, even if it's a golf tournament. :-\ Would I recommend: It's fine. This time, anticipating smaller quantity we ordered the triple wing order. Not only was it small, the wings were dry and overcooked and the order did not even include fries anymore. HOW COULD I FORGET! We ordered for delivery " the triple" which is 3 servings of 8 wings with 3 choices of dipping sauces, 3 celery and carrots. That should be 24 wings for $41.00....you would think. What they call a wing is 1 wing piece. So a real whole wing is equal to 2 pieces of theirs. On top of that they're very small wing...pieces. The celery and carrots aren't worth mentioning. We went to Wild Wing recently with a large group for Saturday night hockey for my husband's birthday. This Wild Wing was the only restaurant of the franchises in Ottawa that was willing to take a reservation. There were 15 of us and the one on Donald street told us to arrive without reservations and 'hopefully' they would be able to seat us...ahhh no. Anyways when we arrived at this Wild Wing, our table was in a prime spot in front of all of the tvs so we had a great spot to watch the game. The waitress was unbelievably sweet and attentive. Some people are just seriously freakin' awesome at their jobs and this girl is one of those people. I could not have hoped for better service. The refills were done without having to ask (which is a pet peeve of mine) so I was happy. I had the chilli dog with sweet potato fries because I don't like wings (it was my husband's birthday so his choice in restaurant) and it was really good, not amazing but not a choice I regretted. We started off with the Mac and cheese bites and I probably wouldn't get them again. They just lacked flavour and the noodles were a bit soft. A nice touch was the free birthday lava cake. I ordered the Smoke Stack (brisket sandwich) and my wife ordered the Greek Wrap. The wait for the food was a little longer than I expected, but not unreasonable. The Smoke Stack sandwich portion size was smaller than I expected, and didn't contain much meat; my wife's wrap was a good size. Both were quite tasty, though. The fries served with the sandwiches arrived warm and crisp, but seemed to rather quickly turn cool and soft. Throughout, the waitress was personable and reasonably attentive. All in all, eating at Wild Wing on Innes Road was a fairly forgettable experience. It was neither so bad as to be memorable, nor so good as to be memorable. 'Medium' spiciness may exceed your heat expectations. $7.49 gets you 5 three-inch mozzarella sticks. The $16.99 underdone (yet reputedly 'fall-off-the-bone') half-rack of ribs inexplicably tasted like hot dogs. My wife reported her hamburger's patty dry and thin. So many flavors to choose from! I had the Canadian sauce (maple and bbq, I think)- it was awesome! Our server was very sweet and cute (bill says Michele on it). Hostess was also very nice, she greeted us quickly and brought us to the table we asked for.
