Hired to record a hotel meeting / conference event since we did not have another videographer…read moreavailable. We have been doing this for 10+ years and never had such a bad experience. The only good thing I can say is he showed up 20 minutes early. Showed up in shorts and a t-shirts. Equipment broke down in 30 minutes. Backup equipment was obsolete and still used old tape system. Blamed us for not telling him what to wear to a hotel event. Wanted to charge extra for 24-48 hour video delivery of unedited content. Biggest nightmare ever had to buy the videographer pants, collar shirt, and belt just too look professional. His camera and equipment were not well taken care off. Memory cards, cable etc were stored in food containers. The cameras were stored in plastic shopping bags. Memory cards could only hold 30 minutes of footage 16 GB cards. He knew footage would be lost when memory ran out before even showing up or starting to record. Everything that we can think of was bad quality including his attitude. Stay far away from this business. He even threaten us to call our client if we continued to ask for a refund.

I had a large number of DVD 's made by a crappy Phillips DVD player/Recorder from camcorder tapes…read more20+ years ago. The format of the DVD's the Phillips created are in an unreadable format that no pc dvd player or conversion s/w on the web I could find could get them to play. Therefore, paid International Video Tape Copy to find a way to do the conversion. It was tough they said. And a few were so bad I had to give them the original camcorder taped. In the end they converted them all to a readable format on memory drives. Job well done and they would checked in with me often giving updates on their progress to completion.

This is the pretty awesome place located in Montrose on Alabama. We absolutely love all of their neon designs and their signs. They custom make them so there's nothing generic or corporate about this. It's just a local artist making amazing neon signs and his designs and handiwork are expert and perfection. It's not cheap but it's not as expensive as you might imagine either. It makes a really great gift for hanging on the wall as you can see from the other reviewer, and I might be getting Barbie one of these signs in the near future. It's a small place and the guy who makes the signs, Tim, is such an artist!! He puts his finished work orders in his display window and I work close by, so I'm always interested in seeing his new creations. I wish I was as creative as Tim is. To me, this place is more art gallery, than neon sign store. He doesn't seem to keep any sort of signs made up. Everything is created individually. It's just so cool.
