I had a large number of DVD 's made by a crappy Phillips DVD player/Recorder from camcorder tapes 20+ years ago. The format of the DVD's the Phillips created are in an unreadable format that no pc dvd player or conversion s/w on the web I could find could get them to play. Therefore, paid International Video Tape Copy to find a way to do the conversion. It was tough they said. And a few were so bad I had to give them the original camcorder taped. In the end they converted them all to a readable format on memory drives. Job well done and they would checked in with me often giving updates on their progress to completion. read more

I took a vhs video that I thought would be beyond restoration. They magically turned by '90's VHS tape into a DVD! I will be returning because I should have had it turned into a streaming format. A great place to convert old vhs tapes; highly recommend. I was hesitant in choosing a place to convert some old video tapes but I'm so glad that I came here. They usually offer a deal if you bring 6 or more and they're happy to answer any questions you have. I ended up going back two more times to drop off more tapes and surprised my parents with the converted videos of me from when I was little, as well as old family vacation videos. They were so happy and that alone was worth the price. Also I felt really bad because I had to ask for some of them back due to a miscommunication with my mom but one of the owners (who is usually running the desk) was very understanding and issued me a refund without any bad attitude. You can tell they care a lot about what they do and I always say that if they treat you well when there are concerns or complications then they're definitely providing good customer service.
