Can't thank John and his team for the work they did. My wife said during the work that it's as if they are working on their own home. Later I asked John about their professionalism with this job and he said that they like to do their work "as if they are working on their own home"... WELL, we believe it! I called 3 different waterproofing companies, so I could compare prices and CGS price was unmatched. The staff answer the phone are really polite and knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. When the inspector came out, they were really thorough when explaining the solution, and gave me different options in order to help me save money. Excellent service and a fair price. I called several roofers and none of them called me back once…read morethey found out my issue was a small issue and my roof is fairly new. So i appreciated that they actually followed up with me. The process was very easy. I called and they were able to schedule a visit within 48 hours (my issue wasn't an emergency so that was more than fair to me ). They came out and inspected my entire roof, let me know any problem areas and gave me a quote and got me scheduled for a repair and again was back out here within 2 days to fix it. Overall everyone was really friendly and I appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions and I would recommend them to anyone.
