Just walked in and was told they automatically did store credit and pointed out the sign. It's rare that I ever shop second hand for my daughter since she requires specific color combos on items and sizing that they never have. So I just donated 2 brand new helmets, a bat bag and a face mask for someone. Would have appreciated the employee taking an extra second to alert me to the policy instead of saying it was fine if I left. Will not be returning.
