Instead of working with me and making sure all my gap policies were credited, they started charging me for late payments. They closed my checking, savings and auto accounts so I don't even know hor much I owe. The accident occurred on April 6th. From what I heard last, there was approximately $400 left after the last gap payment. They erroneously got my pension due to a date error. That was 321. Plus I still had some funds in there. They are reporting that I owe $992. Last week, they informed me that had taken out an insurance policy on the car at my expense. NEVER USE THIS CREDIT UNION UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S CRIME. I worked at the phone company. These businesses write these amounts off everyday as nuisance. Good luck out there.
