I have been a member for over four decades. I have had an account here ever since I was 12-years-old. Our family currently has five generations of members! I have very fond memories of all the member dinners we attended in Frankenmuth with their famous chicken and fresh baked breads. I also recall cashing all of my savings bonds my parents had diligently saved before I went away to college. Gotta love them! Here you blaze your own trail! Our family has had and continue to have multiple mortgages, car loans, personal loans and lines of credit, checking accounts, savings accounts, and even vacation savings accounts. There are so many bonuses available with memberships. This is the main branch and when you enter there is a greeter desk to assist you. They have pod tellers that are very personal and welcoming like Andrea and Kaitlin versus the impersonal encounters with bank tellers that are usually behind a glass window. They have a coin machine in the front lobby to automatically count and tally all those containers you have at home with your saved loose change! They offer skip-a- payment options on loans twice a year - July and December, which is excellent around the holidays. They have a 24/7 mobile app access. They have fee free ATM usage at other credit unions. The list goes on.... Tip of the day: For members coming from I-675 to Tittabawassee Rd (trying saying that 5x fast), there is a shortcut to the branch to avoid the busy traffic and stop lights. Turn right on Curtis Rd, just before Applebee's, then turn left on Liberty Road which is a residential street, and then turn right on Credit Union Road. Yes, they have their own access road! It will bring you directly to the branch parking lot!

They stole our family's only means of transportation because we were a month late on a payment - we were in contact with them the ENTIRE TIME to figure out some kind of payment arrangement/loan/reconsolidation/etc, to no avail. They don't care that our kids have missed two weeks of school, or that we have no means of getting groceries and household goods.
