Nicki knows her stuff being in the industry for 50 years and wouldnt let me make a prompt decision until she visited my home to reconfirm the colours and fabric would work. We discussed how each opening would be used to come up with the most user friendly options. Nicki was honest and not pushy and took her time with me to ensure I was going to be happy with everything from fabrics, style, colour and configuration.
