I've tried out several wildlife removal services in the Boca/Palm Beach area and I have had mixed feelings with companies, from not having the proper equipment or just not knowing what they are doing. From the moment I was on the phone with them, I knew I was with a respectful and reputable business. I'm glad I didn't look at the yelp reviews before, because I may not have chosen to go with them. They helped me and my small dogs feel safe in my yard again. We had an issue with raccoons, specifically one that I named Mr.Butt because he would wander in our yard a couple of times a week and the dog would go ballistic! One time, we even had Zoey (she is like a yorkie, small dog) come in one night with blood all over her face and a deep cut on her. We had to bring her to the vet and thankfully she didn't catch any diseases and she didn't need stitches. Anyway, this was clearly a bigger issue than just waking up a couple of times a week. Wildlife Removal Services came out, broke down the situation, and told us how we would proceed to remove Mr.Butt without killing or hurting him. I may not appreciate how he treated our dog, but that isn't an excuse to kill him for trespassing. Long story short, we caught him the NEXT DAY! Wildlife Removal Services, or more specifically, Patrick and mike probably saved our marriage. We had just moved to the Boca Raton area from N.J and i had never seen a snake before in my life, and now my new yard is infested with them. I called Wildlife Removal and Patrick answered while on a roof doing something with bats and said he would call right back. Now i am sure to have bats next, anyway he called back and told me about his snake service which made it sound like snakes are normal in Florida but don't necessarily need to be at my house. Within an hour mike came to my house and with no fear removed a giant black snake, he called it a black racer and told me they are beneficial because they eat rats. So, i've lived in SoFlo for a long time and I have never really had an issue with any animals. Granted I've also mostly lived in apartments or condos most of the time down here. So I recently moved into a house and my cat was freaking out every night at the garage door. After a while I started asking myself if I had ghosts or something lol. Luckily not. Professional, knowledgable and no lettering on their trucks. Wildlife Removal sent Michael to see what was making noise in my attic. He was on time & very courteous. Without asking, he put paper booties over his shoes out of concern for my white carpet on his way to my closet attic. We had a family of raccoons in our attic which destroyed a few a/c ducts and our instillation. Within a week the animals were out and my home was sealed against figure visitors. I never expected these guys to fix my ducts and replace the insulation but they did it all and were very competitor with other insulation companies. We have been using Wildlife Removal Services for at least 5 years and can't say enough about them. No matter what the problem may be, they service our property the day i call or by the next day the latest. We've had Patrick's crew round up Muscovy ducks from a few malls regularly without any complaints from the tenants which is incredible because the tenants love the pooping machines. I called many companies to help our HOA with iguanas and no one sounded to sure of themselves. Until i reached out to Patrick with Wildlife Removal Services. After answering a number of questions, he assured me the community would be rid of the lizards without inhumane booting. The guys came out everyday, picking up iguanas and moving traps until they were gone. I think they got rid of about 120 iguanas in less than 3 weeks. Super knowledgeable about all involving rats. Just describing the sound between the first and second floor, Patrick figured I had rats and knew how they were getting in. The inspection showed areas on the roof rats could get in but they were definitely coming in by my air conditioner like he said. The pricing was in expensive compared to the big critter control companies and he warranted his work for as long as I live here. I have used Wildlife Removal Services, Patrick specifically, for years and wouldn't try another service. They inspected my entire home during the closing and found that we were buying a rat infested home. They even came back to show the sellers handyman what we needed corrected. What other company has that level of service. These days, the guys are trapping waves of raccoons in our neighborhood, even on Sundays. I highly recommend them. read more

Will never advertise with Yelp due to there practice of leaving up bad reviews from non-customers and competitors. When I did advertise here, the calls were so bad I had to cancel and that really pissed Yelp off. My 10 five star reviews not shown are in hiding because I asked for my advertising money back. I am hoping the FCC or FTC will get this so called service shut down. read more
