I have not had many teachers with as high of a knowledge of how the body works, or with such a varied array of postures. I highly recommend taking yoga from Jamie if you get the chance. If yoga isn't your thing, she happens to be an even better massage therapist. So good in fact its hard to get an appointment short of a month or two in advance, but its well worth the wait! My personal favorite massage is the AromaTouch treatment.
