He swore up and down that it would be the greatest thing for our home ever. Well... it never worked properly, even with multiple visits to bleed the lines, and check the system. More recently they installed a brand new furnace and a/c system, which included all new ducting that they installed. One of the a/c vents on the ceiling in our main staircase has a watermark all the way around the outside. Since they did all the work, one would expect that they would come out and inspect it, right? Nope. After reaching out to them, Rich sent me a text, and I quote "We would have insulated around the register boots. You may want to have (insert another company name) take a look at them though". In my opinion, Hohler clearly doesn't stand by their work. I believe that they were upset because (the other company) was able to do part of job that they were initially going to do for us, for less than half the price. Keep in mind though that we'd already spent over 50k with Hohler. I would never recommend them to anyone. They themselves recommend calling the other company.

They came out to see the job, gave me a quote, and we scheduled the services. On the install day, I paid in full but afterward they discovered they would not be able to do 2 of the jobs. (1. I purchased the wrong tub fixture and 2. They don't work on boilers.... Even though they inspected the job for the original quote.) They said they would refund for the jobs I paid for that they were not able to complete. They never refunded me for the work they didn't complete. The work they did "complete" leaked profusely and I had to call them back 4 times to come fix it. The fifth time I called, I was sent to voicemail. I left 2 messages that were never returned and they stopped answering my calls. I called from a different number and they answered right away! I told them my fixtures are still leaking and they never refunded for the work they didn't do. The woman on the phone (who was driving when she took my call) did nothing to conceal her irritation and I could hear someone mocking me in the background, as I was apparently on speaker. She cut me off, yelled at me, told me her husband would have to call to deal with me (I was being SO POLITE- Im not gonna be a jerk to anyone I have to let in my house!!!) and she hung up on me! I never heard back from them and I was left with a huge bill for work that was never completed and a buncha leaky fixtures. I ended up hiring Geisel to come fix all their work.
