They never came back to do the needed full repair and would not return phone calls (even to Mr. Collins' cell phone). I tried for weeks, and was gaslighted the entire time. Two days ago I tried again for a different maintenance issue. Surprisingly I did get through, and they scheduled a service appointment for the next morning, but they never showed up. No phone call. Nothing. I tried calling them to find out what's going on, and their AI answering said we'd get a return call. Of course, that never happened. A once good company now terrible.

Despite the fact that their team originally installed both the furnace and air conditioning unit, when I called their service number on 10/23 /2025 I was informed that they would not dispatch a technician to address a complete heating failure--solely because I did not contract with them for the annual maintenance checkup. This decision is not only unacceptable but also irresponsible, especially considering the circumstances: * There is currently no heat in the home. * Two senior citizens reside in the household, both of whom are vulnerable to cold temperatures. * The forecasted temperatures for the coming week are between 40°F and 50°F, posing a serious health risk. As a home owner, I understand the importance of service agreements and preventative maintenance. However, denying emergency service to a long-standing customer--particularly one whose equipment was installed by their company--due to a lack of annual checkup participation is both unethical and contrary to the principles of customer care and safety. So, if you need to replace your furnace or A/C, I highly recommend you look else-where for a more compassionate company.

Most of the units used were too big to even fit in our small crawl space without possible major modifications needing to be done to the house. LK came back and looked at it again, agreed it might be a big job, but will see what they could come up with. Just a few hours later, they had found a supplier that had a unit that would fit, cutting the larger labor costs and modification costs! It was the best news after a long road trying to get this done. The guys who put it in did an amazing job, especially dealing with the tight space they had to work with. They left zero mess, and couldn't have been nicer. We are so happy with the new unit, and it is working so much better than we had even hoped! They put a lot of time and effort into the job, and we were so grateful it worked out! I have used them in the past, I will continue to use them, and HIGHLY recommend them for any job you might have! I hired this company in 2020 to add an extension on the back of my house the sales man talked a…read moregood game but the quality of work is horrible. during the process I kept telling the salesman and owner Pat of my concerns but they just told me it would all be great when completed. i had to call several times after completion because when it rained it would rain in my house through the door and windows they put in. they had someone come out finally and he said the gutter system was installed incorrectly and he did something to repitch it. they didn't solve the problem and Pat stopped returning my calls. I have since had to replace the sliding glass door and windows with Window Nation and now my roof is leaking. I will need to replace that too. Be very wary of this company. I have pictures too!

The owner claimed that it was because and air filter was not replaced. A subsequent professional from Gallagher Heating and Cooling was called and determined that was not the case. During the time when our furnace was inoperable at the end of 2016, the repair professional broke a casing on the filter housing. At the time, he said he would call within two weeks to replace the casing. A call never came. When my husband called him, he changed his story and said he never broke the casing and that if we wanted a new one, we would have to pay. When we questioned this scenario he became irate and told us to find another contractor. To sum up, this contractor is duplicitous and is not concerned with stellar customer service. The owner only gets two stars because he was kind to my children.
