Clients enter an inviting zen office space. It's peaceful and relaxing. The minimalist decor enhances the modern vibe. Dr. Anane is the owner and lead chiropractor here. He's personable and has years of experience. He also invests time and resources into innovation to bring his clients the best experience. I'm in IT and spend a lot of time pouring over my laptop. I also text a lot and don't always maintain perfect posture while doing so. And it looks like everybody is getting the same treatment although you have different pain in different area. I honestly can't see anyone choosing to come here based on the treatment I got. It's just bed vibrations, heating pad, and muscle rub. They might but the shock thing on your back. It's cookie cutter treatment. I watched as the office staff put everybody on the beds and not properly clean them after each patient. Although no one skin is exposed they are laying on the same beds for extended periods of times they are not spraying or wiping the entire bed. Leaving towels down and all patients lay on the same towel they just wipe down the head & foot of the bed. Lastly I wasn't able to make a couple of appointments because I was using the car that was involved in the accident to get to my appointments. The office manager never asked or inquired about my situation. She rudely told me that she was going to discharge me and I would have to pay out of pocket for the service or it would go to collections. I had to remind her about customer service, patients rights, and threaten her that I would be prepared to sue before I paid out of pocket for not coming to an appointment that I communicated each time what my issue was. I had to insist on speaking to the doctor because she was adamant that she is the office manager and the only one able to address my issue. I was able to speak to the doctor who tried to back her staff until i demonstrated how I was trying to adhere to their policies but due to reasons outside of my control couldn't make it. Had no other choice but to reschedule me. If getting care from a staff that is caring, from a facility that practices appropriate sanitation and getting good customer service is important to you go some where else. This is not it!

Overall I was extremely impressed by every aspect of her massage, from her early arrival to the intake to the actual massage experience. Paula arrived 10 minutes early, which I appreciated since I wasn't really sure about the parking in my friend's complex. She ended up having to park across the street. She was very nice about this and due to her promptness we still started our massage at a good time. I always get a little nervous trying out a new bodyworker, but Paula made me feel comfortable during the intake and also during the actual massage experience. My body is unusually sensitive, and Paula was very attuned to my individual needs and preferences. She checked in with me about the pressure, and she made sure that I was feeling okay with her techniques. Once I needed an adjustment in the position of my head, and she immediately made the adjustment. I have had a lot of bodywork and I continue to be shocked by how many bodyworkers do not listen to what I need as a client. I am happy to say that you will not have that problem with this bodyworker. Paula combined energy work with her massage to great effect. I could feel my throat opening up while she gently but firmly worked on the back of my neck (how did she know that I needed that?! Wonderful!) and overall I felt very relaxed and refreshed after the massage. I was so blissed out at the end of the massage that I couldn't even think straight (to me, this is one of the signs of an outstanding massage therapist!) and she was very nice about that too. I am so grateful for the convenience of house calls so that I can happily feel super-relaxed for hours, without needing to drive myself home after the massage. I had my husband get back online and give her a generous tip, and she deserved every penny. After trying out over 40 bodyworkers in Seattle I have a regular massage therapist who is outstanding.
