She turned our 2 week vacation in the south of France into one of the most stress free stays we have ever had. With the Pope coming for a visit to Notre Dame at the last minute, closing many of the surface streets to taxis, Uber, and buses, she managed to find us excellent accommodations near the Gare de Lyon. Since we didn't know about the Pontiff's visit until late, this above and beyond treatment from Tracey helped us enjoy and relish the trip even more. We've been working with Tracey since 2014 and she has never, ever let us down. She has added that personal touch that keeps us coming back for more. We highly recommend her for any and all travel needs but only if you want 5 star results!

Sorry for the delay, but as the saying goes, "Better late, than never."…read more I typically create my own itinerary whenever hubby and I go on a trip, but I didn't want to mess up on a place we've never been before, esp. since this was going to be our anniversary gift to ourselves. In addition, I wanted us to island hop to Santorini and Crete. So I was happy to find a local travel agency. Nick was so easy to work with. We gave him dates of when we wanted to go and our budget. And the only thing I wanted to be responsible for was the excursions. He worked with us when we wanted to downside on certain hotels and answered questions at a reasonable time. Despite having a few questionable logistics, everything worked out smoothly during our trip to Greece. At first, we weren't going to do private transportation, but having it from and to the airport really makes a difference. In the end, we never had to call Nick for anything during our trip. We were able to enjoy every bit of our trip without a problem. So, thank you for making our anniversary trip truly memorable.

Backstory: My family and I planned a trip last summer to Vietnam and we needed to get our visas. We initially went to Universal Travel on 47th Ave. One of the agents that helped us told us that it would be $125 for a one month visa for Vietnam. My fiancé was skeptical because he said that it shouldn't be that expensive. While we were filling everything out, my fiancé called and asked her how much she usually pays for visas and she said that we were getting ripped off. Once we found out, we left and called around different agencies. We remembered there was a travel agency in the same plaza as Firehouse, where we eat occasionally, and decided to check it out. We went in and the couple were very welcoming and helpful. They only charge $80 for a one month visa! That's a $45 difference compared to the other place. I also went back there today for a one year visa which costs $215. Super cheap. Definitely go to Pacific Travel & Tours for your visas! P.S. Visas usually take about a week.

Becky is seriously one of a kind. She's super attentive and really takes the time to get to know you personally, which makes all the difference. She doesn't just book your trip; she helps guide you toward what fits you best. She's so knowledgeable and experienced, but also fun, uplifting, and just a really strong, genuine woman. When I travel with her group, I always feel taken care of. She keeps things organized, makes it fun, and looks out for everyone. She's been doing this for years, so she knows the good spots -- and she's honest if there's an area that might not be great to wander into. That kind of care and awareness makes me feel safe and confident while still having a great time. Her travel group is also amazing -- I've met such wonderful people through it, and Becky creates such a positive, easygoing vibe wherever we go. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about her or Crystal Clear Travel. Becky is the real deal -- if you're thinking about booking a trip or joining a travel group, she's the one you want in your corner.

From the second we were introduced, he made himself completely available to us, and our many inquires. He asked thoughtful questions to find out our "musts" and "must nots" and "dream/wish list" items during a vacation (in this case, our honeymoon) and gave us multiple unbelievable options - in multiple price ranges. In the end, he found us the most fantastic deal on a brand new all inclusive resort that not only hit every one of our "musts", it even included a bunch of our wish list & dream items we never thought an all inclusive could have! The icing on the cake? a steal of a price! He also coordinated items we never would have thought to ask about - all of our transfers, excursions, he's even helping connect us with the concierge at the hotel in advance to set up special "us" moments during the trip. He even made sure to book our flights in an upgradable fare class so we can be in first class for our flights! I figured (as it's been my experience with travel agents in the past) that after we booked, that's the last we'd hear from Nick. Wow, was I wrong. He checks in with recommendations, and to see if we have questions at least once a week. This level of service from Nick & Exquisite Travel Group is unreal, and frankly unheard of anymore today. We haven't even gotten to GO on this trip yet and I'm already excited to plan our next adventure with Nick. Nick & Exquisite Travel Group: We cannot thank you enough for all of your amazingness and we look forward to a long travel friendship - we'll be referring every single person we know!
