I've been with State Farm Insurance about 15 to 20 years I never had a problem with them until December when the freeze came through and burst my pipe under my house now I am having such a hard time getting my pipe under my house fixed now I will Davis went well and above to help me and I appreciate that but it's just so much will Davis can do now the insurance adjuster when he first came out to my house took pictures then measurements and everything in the rooms the kitchen floor draw this little pictures and everything told me to get an estimate now I got the estimate now why would he come in my house tell me that he can only pay out what he seen with his own eyes but he haven't seen anything up under the house okay I had a complaint about him then another adjuster came out pretty much did the same thing that the first one did but only this time he told me to get a license plumber to come out and do a assessment on the pipes and give him the reason why the pipes has bust up under my house now I don't see why I have to go through all this and everybody know it was a freeze in December why put me through all these changes I don't have no problem with paying State Farm my money every month but they have a problem with helping me get my leak fixed up in my house now the other adjuster name Aba tell me that it has to be in written statement stating the reason why and how did the pipe bust but like I say everybody know in December the freeze came the pipe bus bam I'm not the only one pipe busting December but why have me going to all this trouble I got to wake up with a headache go to sleep with a headache back hurting ankle hurting for packing water from my kitchen to my bathroom just to take a bath now they put me up in the room twice already but how long do they think I can stay up in the room for the little amount of money they gave me and still nothing has been done everybody know they just don't give you no invoice they'll give you estimates now if he want all the rest of the stuff won't he call and get it why putting me through all that I'm just too through at this point I'm through talking so it's just going to let my lawyer do to talking for me my ankle I broke is hurt everyday for packing a bucket of water to take a shower I'm in the bath so that being said no more talking for me I'm done read more
