Not only are they over priced I asked them dozens of times about they're return policy because I was buying the scrubs for a POTENTIAL JOB and repeatedly they said yes you can return or exchange non sale items. Oh my goodness! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Rae and Rachel went above and beyond to help me find the RIGHT scrubs, that fit me and were comfortable. It was my first time in, after my coworkers at the hospital I work at referred me there. I was greeted right away by Rae who helped me pick some things to try on. I found a couple things I liked, some things I didn't and was going to settle to order with them from online. Rae and Rachel introduced me to different brands and wouldn't let me leave the store without being completely satisfied. I came in and out of the dressing room several times, almost unwillingly, but I was SO glad I did. I was going to settle several times, but I ended up finding the right brand and style that I liked and ended up buying three different colors in full sets...I ordered one top and bottom through them as well. I am not in the medical field. BUT, I love scrubs. Oh, and I am also married to an RN. Spotted this place when having dinner at TASTE OF ASIA (great place to eat, by the way) and just had to stop in. WOW. Excellent selection and the folks that work there really appreciate and enjoy interacting with the customers. That's saying something compared to other DFW scrub stores I have been in. We have bought about $400 worth of product there. There always seem to be some discount running or specials that make it a better buy. Even if there weren't, it is just a very nice place to shop and the staff makes it even more so. If your tired of going into whatever scrub shop you patronize and being treated like you were in a Dollar Store - make the trip to Level 1. You will find yourself coming back again and again. Oh! Need something special or a special color that your current store just "CAN'T" get? Well, the folks at LEVEL 1 will track it down and get it in. I came in and was immediately greeted by the woman working. She asked what I was looking for and I told her my new department color. She showed me one pair that I grabbed on my way to the dressing room. By the time I had tried on that pair, she had gathered all the rest of the scrubs in that color in my size in the store. I was able to try them on and come to a decision in a fraction of the time, which is amazing since I had my 8 month old daughter with me. She even went through the clearance items and helped me find a great deal on a clearance top. I have been to this store before and was impressed, but this service took it to another level. I have been coming here since they opened and have completely stopped buying online. The prices are extremely competitive with even online pricing and the customer service just puts it over the top. The staff are so familiar with their excellent stock that they can tell you what where and how it will fit. The neatest trick I have seen is recommending a scrub based on fit if you have a preferred brand. They even know the scrub styles and colors by season which for a scrub store is unheard of! I was needing scrubs for work and heard about level one scrubs so I thought I would give it a try. I came in and was greeted by the man working. He asked me what I was looking for and what size. I just asked him if I could just try things on and he said yes. and then proceeded to tell me that the plus size is over on the other side not knowing what size I wear. The staff is familiar with the lines they carry and are always willing to help you with anything you need. Anything that is mot in stock can be custom ordered and arrives within 2 days to a week, depending on the manufacturer. Another big plus is the added service of custom embroidery, sometimes it can be a little slow (i.e. during back to school when large numbers of orders are being placed at the embroidery place), but most of the time the turnaround is quick and they do very clean work.
