I could really just stop at "Will was amazing." We sold our home with Will first while simultaneously looking for a new house with him. Three months after we sold, he helped us purchase our new one, and the process from start to finish has been great. Always available to talk if needed. Always there to help fix problems that come up. We actually met with him about 1.5 years before we knew we were going to sell. We wanted to do a walk-through of the house and get his opinion on what projects we should focus on in order to maximize selling potential and profits. His guidance was thorough and spot on! Will was recommended to me by a previous realtor I worked with, due to the uniqueness of my situation. Hometown Properties was recommended to me by a family member to use as a realty company to help me sell my house. In March, I contacted Will for an initial discussion and within a matter of 3 days, we were sitting down and discussing the house. I am planning to get married in Oct and wanted to place the house on the market before getting married. So, we placed the house on the market in mid May...on a Friday. Unbeknownst to me, I did not think that within 4 days of being on the market that I would have multiple offers. And, within 30 days after accepting a contract, that I would be going to settlement. I can't think of one bad thing to talk about Will. As a realtor, he really considers the job as his passion and performs very professionally. He met with us day or night , weekend or weekday, I honestly thought this guy might give up on us but to his credit he showed us house after house until the right one came along. What I like about Will is that he wanted to put my son in the right house and when we were looking he was very honest about every property and you can tell that because he never once tried to talk us into a home. If we had concerns about a particular property he would answer our questions honestly and if he did not know the answer he would find out and not just give us some sales line. I never felt that he was just trying so sell us something but rather trying to find the right fit for my son. My son has been in his new home for about a month now and he could not be happier and we owe it all to Will.
