We were fortunate enough to meet Jennifer because she showed us a home that we wanted to see. When we walked through the house, Jennifer asked for feedback, so she could help us determine our next steps. Afterward, we decided that the house wasn't a good fit for our needs, but we were on a very tight timeline because we were still living in California and moving to Virginia within a few weeks, so she went out of her way to help us for the rest of the day. We visited a few other homes with her that day and completed an application on one when we were done. Jennifer helped us through the entire process of the application. She also called the other agent and asked a few questions while we were completing the application. Upon completion, she negotiated a lower price. While the application was in process, we had numerous questions about the property. The process was lengthy, but she followed up on every single question and found answers for us.
