Though he always joked that I forget he runs a bridal store, he was always happy to help! Will is careful with his work and quotes reasonable prices. Since my engagement, he has helped with my engagement photoshoot dress and wedding dress. The engagement photo shoot dress was pleated and had so much material. He shortened both the hem and the straps on my dress, and it's now a perfect fit. I brought in my used wedding dress last weekend and he was able to help figure out where the previous bride bustled her dress. I asked him to help me create a bustle that doesn't look like a tail. He spent quite a bit of time pinning the five layers of the dress to shape a bustle I was satisfied with. He found some minor tears at the ends of the dress and will be removing the areas. He also suggested reinforcing the zipper so the buttons line up better. I feel so comfortable visiting Will and encourage all to support his business! read more

I found Will Style randomly when searching for a tailor in town that could meet an aggressive deadline. I had bought a suit on a Tuesday night and needed the sleeves on the jacket shortened, and the pants hemmed. I called around to numerous tailors in town; gi, sens, sys, and none of them were going to be able to hit the turnaround I needed, which was the following Monday which was a holiday. I called Will and explained to him my predicament and he said if I could get to him in the next hour he could get me my suit by Saturday. Saturday rolled around and I went to pick up my suit. Alterations were done and ready to go. Suit looked great, and he even offered to take the pants in a little if I didn't mind waiting. Will absolutely use Will Style again next time I need a tailor in town. As to the bridal side of the business I cannot speak to it as I am not a bride, but there was a large selection of bridal gowns to pick from in the shop, and I can attest to his alterations. Five stars for Will! I have gone to Will in the past for some tailoring and was very satisfied with his work but this time he really outdid himself. I needed some intricate work done to my wedding dress and again Will did a phenomenal job. Not only did he pay such great attention to detail with some of the embellishments on my gown, but he was also very flexible at working me in for fittings. I went to Will to fit my wedding dress on a two week timeline. Not only did he get it completed in that timeframe, but he worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy with the fit, and comfortable. The best part was he was flexible with timing of appointments and his prices were more than reasonable; consider supporting this local shop rather than a huge corporate conglomerate that doesn't care. Our friend referred us to Will to get a 3 piece suit tailored to be part of a groom's party. The suit was an OK fit, but needed some adjustments in the circumference of the vest, the shoulders of the jacket, and the overall length. We were quoted $75 with a 1 week timeline (we had 3 weeks before the event). He called a few days before it was to be ready and asked if he could have another day for it to be ready. We said, sure, in fact take a week- we don't need it right away. He thanked us and we went back a week later to get it. Everything fit great and the workmanship was very good (no loose threads, weird seams, etc). He actually ended up giving us a discount for giving him the extra time and we paid less than we were originally quoted. Now that's service! read more

He gave such amazing customer service throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to my questions over Yelp, was very flexible with scheduling appointments, worked hard to ensure I was happy with the alterations, and gave accurate estimates during the fitting. Will was extremely professional and helpful with the alteration I needed. I had a winter coat with a faulty zipper and he was able to fix it for a very reasonable cost. I took it to a different seamstress and they told me it was easily double or triple his cost to fix the zipper. Granted, this zipper alteration would have been a nightmare if they attempted to remove the zipper and replace it. Will was able to think of a better solution that was a fraction of the cost (compared to the other seamstresses estimate). I really appreciated that he only takes people by appointments only, but let me sneak in between two appointments because it wasn't going to take long. I felt that was a really nice professional touch. He is very talented and does a fantastic job on difficult problems. He was able to get my coat back to me in very little time and ensured I was happy with the alterations made. I'd highly recommend him to anyone for small or big projects. Very professional and talented tailor. Brought my bridesmaid's dress in to get it taken in. A while after I had dropped it off the bride told me I should get the latch around the neck of the dress reinforced because other bridesmaids were having issues with it coming undone while wearing it. When I went to go pick up the dress he had already sown in an extra button for me without me even asking because he saw that the original clasp was weak. He takes time to look over each garment and makes sure it is perfect for you. I have brought in several pairs of dress pants as well and I have been impressed with his attention to detail. I bought a dress online and received a very ill fitting and complicated dress that I knew was going to need extensive work. We went down to his shop without an appointment and he not only took in the torso, but he added straps from some spare fabric he had, and added two different configurations of how to hike up the train after the ceremony. Best experience ever! I waited until the last minute to have a very expensive gown shortened. A friend told me about Will & I was skeptical because of the neighborhood but, I'm so glad I went! My appointment was at 2pm on Monday and my gown had sequins & sheerness & a hemline that needed to be detached. He said no problem I can have it done Wednesday morning. I went back Wednesday @ 11am and it was perfect. I told him on the phone he could charge me whatever he needed to to get it done on time & he only charged me $40! Amazing!!
