I took my son's taekwondo uniform to Master Tailor to get two patches put on the sleeves since I don't own a sewing machine. They got the job done quickly and did a really nice job on the sewing. It was finished same-day and I received a text when it was done and ready for me to pick up. The pricing was pretty reasonable... It cost just over $20 to get the two patches put on. The shop itself is quite small, but they are very efficient. In terms of aesthetics, it could definitely use some updating and some cleaning, but none of that affected the quality of the work or their speed. I assume I'll have more uniform alterations in the future, and I would definitely bring them here. One thing to note is that they do charge a 3.5% credit card processing fee, but there is a large notice on the reception desk so it's not a surprise. read more

I had a couple of pairs of jeans I needed shortened and decided to give Master Tailor a try. I dropped them off and the owner told me it would be close to a week before they'd be done but would call when they were. I was shocked the next morning when he called and said they were ready! They did exactly as I asked and hemmed a few pairs of jeans. The price was about what I have paid elsewhere. The pants were done when they said they would be. I would go back to have tailoring done on future suits. read more

I had a dress that needed altered. I wasn't sure what needed to be done. I loved the dress, but it just didn't fit correctly in certain places. Master Tailor new exactly what needed to be done to improve the fit. The dress also had a plunging neckline i wasn't comfortable with. I bought a second dress hoping she could take some of the fabric from it and use it to bring the neckline up in the front. Instead of using the second dress I bought, she made a recommendation and said she would find some fabric to insert at the neckline. I was reluctant and worried it wouldn't look right. She said she would do what she could and if I didn't like it; then she would use fabric from the second dress I bought. Well, I came back and absolutely loved what she did. I returned the second dress and got my money back. Master Tailor will be the only tailor I recommend and I will definitely go back. If you have any alterations to be done, you need to go to Master Tailor. They do great work for a very reasonable price! read more

This is only the second tailor that I've been to a tailor and it was a far better experience that the first one. I dropped off two pairs of pants that needed to be altered on Saturday and said that I needed them by Wednesday. They were waiting for me when I dropped by Tuesday after work. The price is reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the length of my pants are perfect. I will be back. read more

Master Tailors is the best tailor I have found in town. Anna is the owner and she is the only woman that I ever dealt with. The only problem is the language barrier but with a little patience everyone can understand each other. I had a suit tailored, with the sides brought in and pants shortened and cuffed. It is now the best fitting suit I have ever owned. I came in knowing what I wanted and Anna made some suggestions that really made the suit great. I had an awful experience. I trusted them to alter an expensive dress and when I got it back, the hem line was not straight, there were white stains on it, and a HOLE. I told her I wanted it redone and once again it wasn't right. The thread colors didint match! I asked for my money back because I was so unhappy and she refused. I will never go back. The quality of work was excellent, but the price was ridiculous. I read another review stating they were higher priced, but figured for the small altercations I needed it wouldn't be too bad; I was wrong. Like I said though, they did really great work on my items, so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I needed a fully custom religious Franciscan habbit made. I brought just the fabric to this shop. I showed pictures of what I wanted and literally in 3 days got it back. I'm absolutely blown away by the quality and how it turned out. This place is reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend it. read more

HORRRRIBLE. I have had many tailors in the different cities I have lived in and this one doesn't even deserve one star. So unprofessional and rude. If you run a business you need to show some customer service and not yell back at your paying customer. I dropped jeans off on a Monday and they were promised by Thursday. My fiance went on his lunch to pick them up and they took 15minutes LOOKING for the jeans. Then they told him they had misplaced the order and they would be done in an hour. Thats not okay. He got the jeans home and they were WAY too long. He took them back a couple hours later and they charged him full price again. After all was said and done he picked up his jeans and they were done so sloppy that we will have to take them somewhere else to get fixed. If you care about the item you are sending to Master Tailors I would re-think it and find somewhere else. I will never (nor will let anyone in my family/friend circle) take their stuff there. read more
