We asked if he could also haul away some old branches from trees we had cut down and he agreed without even raising the bid amount. He also checked to make sure we didn't need a permit in our county. He was a little late but promptly sent a message saying when he would arrive. He and his team did a great job - pretty much working nonstop until the job was finished. They hauled away all the branches and cut the trunk in to rounds so we could chop it for firewood. If I had one critique it is that the rounds were very uneven sizes and angles which made them hard to stack, but they were cutting them to size while they were still attached to the tree so I have to give them some grace. We had also requested stump grinding, but the ground between their truck and the tree was very soft and Marco was concerned about the heavy stump grinder tearing up the grass. He was able to grind the stump down to several inches below the surface using a chainsaw. I appreciate how he considered the damage his equipment might do and was able to find a solution. 100% will use Premier if we need trees removed in the future.

Andrew from Tree-Ific Arbor Care came to our home, was kind and knowledgeable, and gave us an estimate that was $50 less than the lowest bid we had gotten from anyone else. His crew arrived on time, and removed the tree impressively fast. They even ground up the brush and left us mulch, and cut all the wood into 16 inch rounds as we requested (though they will haul it away as well). We thought it would take a day or longer, but they were done in 4 hours! We asked for the fir wood to be cut into firewood rounds and the size of the rounds was perfect for people to come by and haul away. They cleaned up the area so well that if it weren't for the firewood you wouldn't know we'd had any work done.
