The vacancy I can understand but the lack of communication is very disheartening. Karen would never return my calls and Susan, while slightly better at returning calls, was not as responsive as I would have hoped for. After 2 1/2 months of trying to get a tenant they almost had a tenant that ended up falling through. I ultimately went with another property management company.
