She has NEVER returned a message. My wife has left several messages as well with No answer. I'm at a loss as to how to get a new agent! We have not talked with her since March of 2025. We have to contact a call center in order to conduct business. Poor way to run a business. Would love to speak to a supervisor regarding her lack of professionalism. We like AAA, but this is enough to give our business to someone who wants it.

When were they going to tell me? I Did they even look at the photos or read the appraisal when they sent they agreement. It would have been considered common courtsey just to tell me immediately. I was a customer for over 10 yrs. not any more. It's sad because I used to like AAA.

How could you not have a tracking # to something as big as a transmission? Took 3 weeks to finally arrive. Auto dealership said they sent a bad tranny and did not want to install. Waited for a second tranny that took 10 days to arrive. Wouldn't you know it, after 3 day of driving, this transmission worse than my original. Sent car back in after the 3rd tranny came in 2 weeks later. This could have all been avoided if they just installed a rebuild tranny that the Toyota dealership had in stock, but no they wanted to try and save money. I understand that the contract states that they can use used parts from their supposedly vendors, but if it takes over 3 months to complete a repair for the consumer, how is that saving the company money? They don't care that you have to spend all your time on the phone and inconvenience you with multiple attempts of repair. Good luck in trying to get a manager from any department. No one calls to update you on your vehicle, you have to talk to the auto repair shop if you need any info other wise you wouldn't know the status of your car. As far as reimbursements....after 3 months of talking to several departments, still waiting on check... WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! don't get trapped by their Salesmen.

They paid a very small portion, and they have to find the part that they approve for your car. We recently had to have our car repaired. We have had the diamond coverage which is the best coverage available which is supposed to cover everything, basically. It should have covered electrical, wipers, blinkers, all the things that are on my steering wheel. They denied the claim saying that it was corrosion and they don't cover that. No explanation of why it had corrosion or how that would be considered a fault of ours. We have had no issues or cause to think that the wires under the drivers seat are not covered, it is all part of our electrical and steering under the contract. They will take your money, but be extremely careful about going with this particular company. They are extremely difficult to work with. Please be aware.
