She has NEVER returned a message. My wife has left several messages as well with No answer. I'm at a loss as to how to get a new agent! We have not talked with her since March of 2025. We have to contact a call center in order to conduct business. Poor way to run a business. Would love to speak to a supervisor regarding her lack of professionalism. They even sent the insurance approval documents to the loan officer. I contacted them 3 weeks later to inquire about my other policies they told me they couldn't cover the house because it has a flat roof. They saw photos and I sent an appraisal how could they not tell the roof was flat? When were they going contact me ? No phone, no email no text I close in less than a week. When were they going to tell me? I Did they even look at the photos or read the appraisal when they sent they agreement. It would have been considered common courtsey just to tell me immediately. I was a customer for over 10 yrs. not any more. It's sad because I used to like AAA.
