I was talked with buying her a handful of records. When I called them to see if I could purchase some records over the phone, (because shopping local is KEY) they directed me to their web site, where I could order for pickup. Friends, this did not go well, I made my order only to find that it was cancelled due to the records I ordered not being in stock. For the web site 0/5 almost everything was sold out and even when it said it wasn't, it was. When I called in a panic and near rage, the gentlemen who picked up calmly asked my mom's preferences and helped me pick out some records and charged me over the phone. My dad went and picked them up for her, and when I tell you that my mom was OVER THE MOON, with her new records. They awoke in her a feeling she hadn't felt since the late 90s. Or maybe even the 80s! That feeling of opening a brand new record, perusing the liner notes, and listening to that warm sound of the music you love. They even offered to clean the record and remove the price tag since it was a gift 10/10 customer service. Minus one star for the web site
