One of the children didn't want to study music anymore as the previous teacher wasn't accommodating and was not sensitive to the particular needs of a younger kid. Miss Stephanie understood quickly and worked to bring back the love of music the child initially had, at times even "letting" her choose the part from the book that had to be studied first. It did take some time, but right now the younger child is practicing by herself and even is asking for different songs from less traditional music to study (read popular/Disney songs). Both Stephanie and Janice are licensed for teaching and preparing for different music evaluations ( like Certificate of Merit), but my main goal for our children is to instill a life time love for music. If any of them or both will take one of these exams, time will tell, but the teachers are well qualified to support when they will want to do so. Cannot say enough how much I appreciate the flexibility and how they were able to accommodate each child to his/her own learning style. I highly, highly,  did I say highly recommend Miss Janice and Miss Stephanie.

The first one wouldn't even get a guitar down for me, so, frustrated, I drove here. I had a budget and was ready to buy a Telecaster. Jack talked me through my options and gave me an extensive breakdown of the Fender line. I explained what I was looking for, and it came down to a $1,400 used Ultra Tele or a $700 Player II. Jack gave me the pros and cons of both, and I decided on the Player II. I freaking love this guitar. It's exactly what I wanted, and it's the second guitar I've bought from this location this year. Also, a shout-out to John--he's always great on the phone and helpful on the floor. Thank you too the staff here for keeping my hope in Guitar Center alive.

My child took swim classes here. It started out ok but they changed teachers part way through. They…read moredid not seem to know what the kids were working on so it made it very difficult to have continuity. The facility are not clean and their bathroom looks like from the show hoarders. The pool was dirty as well as the chairs and tables the parents sit at. Overall not happy. The one teacher Kathy seemed to look at her watch a lot and waste a lot of time talking instead of having the kids swim. Very disappointing. They also seem annoyed if you don't sign up for additional lessons and ask you over and over again and seem to treat the kiddos differently if u do not continue lessons.

The negative without going into too much detail the lady in charge was very rude and seemed unorganized. IDK but maybe she has too much going on and chose me to vent her frustrations but she treated me very poorly over the phone. I have my kids in so many activities all the time I know finding a good swim instructor isn't hard. I have only had great experiences with coaches I am not re-enrolling my kids because of the lady running it.
