The pool was dirty as well as the chairs and tables the parents sit at. Overall not happy. The one teacher Kathy seemed to look at her watch a lot and waste a lot of time talking instead of having the kids swim. Very disappointing. They also seem annoyed if you don't sign up for additional lessons and ask you over and over again and seem to treat the kiddos differently if u do not continue lessons.

The negative without going into too much detail the lady in charge was very rude and seemed unorganized. IDK but maybe she has too much going on and chose me to vent her frustrations but she treated me very poorly over the phone. I have my kids in so many activities all the time I know finding a good swim instructor isn't hard. I have only had great experiences with coaches I am not re-enrolling my kids because of the lady running it.

As a parent of two children that have been studying music and piano for a few years already with…read moreMiss Stephanie and Miss Janice I cannot praise these young ladies for their patience and teaching quality. One of the children didn't want to study music anymore as the previous teacher wasn't accommodating and was not sensitive to the particular needs of a younger kid. Miss Stephanie understood quickly and worked to bring back the love of music the child initially had, at times even "letting" her choose the part from the book that had to be studied first. It did take some time, but right now the younger child is practicing by herself and even is asking for different songs from less traditional music to study (read popular/Disney songs). Both Stephanie and Janice are licensed for teaching and preparing for different music evaluations ( like Certificate of Merit), but my main goal for our children is to instill a life time love for music. If any of them or both will take one of these exams, time will tell, but the teachers are well qualified to support when they will want to do so. Cannot say enough how much I appreciate the flexibility and how they were able to accommodate each child to his/her own learning style. His prices for tuning the piano is very reasonable and he takes his time. He took nearly 2 hours and didn't charge anymore but I felt bad so I provided a little more for his time. A major plus for me was he came a few minutes early for the 9:30 am appointment. Upon completion he played a couple of pieces which were amazing! He did mention that the piano was definitely out of tune since it's been 3 years. We discussed the possibility of me taking lessons from him since the piano doesn't get played as much since our daughter will be studying abroad.
