They charged me for three boxes of lenses and said that that is the price, my research told me otherwise, when I raised this the manager/owner wouldn't even consult with me directly as I had requested and got the receptionist to phone me. Just got off phone with receptionist and they were trying to get me to pay for the lenses again saying they couldn't find a record of my payment and would I bring in a bank statement to prove it... completely unprofessional and mal-managed business. It's very conveniently located between the two Hammersmith tube stations at the end of King Street. The staff were very pleasant when I arrived and I waited a few minutes before being seenn by the optician. He was jovial and good-humoured and the test was relaxed. This is good as I've had a problem in the past where I've been intimidated by the formality of eye exams and uncertain of how to answer and found myself trying to answer their questions with what I thought they wanted me to say rather than actually what I thought. My eyesight has actually improved. Boom! There was no problem using the voucher at the end of exam, again the staff were friendly and helpful. The range of frames is quite good, but I think too expensive as you can get better deals elsewhere - although the £50 voucher (again online) does make it considerably better.
