They said I qualified for a free in person estimate and could have them come out the following Friday. The estimate went smoothly and the gentleman left and said he would email the estimate to us and we could secure it with a deposit through their portal and the info would be in the email. The email I did receive had the estimate for 5 movers for 6 hours but no portal access or way to secure it so I immediately called that same day and waited on hold for an hour before they told me they would have someone from the local office call me. No one called and because of the holiday weekend no one was in the office until the following Tuesday. I called first thing Tuesday morning and they again said someone from the local office would call me. No one did. I waited on hold for another hour and explained everything again and they put me on hold while they contacted the owner Matt directly. When they came back they said they were sorry and something had fallen through and they wouldn't be able to help me with the move anymore. This leaves me with an immediate upcoming move and scrambling to find help. This whole process could have been handled way better and this company was a referral from someone else. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

Well I was extremely disappointed when no one showed up, and did not call or text to inform me they would not be arriving. I never got an explanation or an apology after waiting all day. I was particularly disappointed because I told the gentleman that I was unable to get my car out of my driveway and was unable to get to my job as a healthcare provider in a hospital, an essential employee that provides direct patient care and was needed.
