I was in and out quick, he gave me a great consult and did not overcharge -even undercharged- he also did not do more work to my tooth than necessary. I found another dentist and got a lot of work done on my teeth. Since I don't have a dental degree, I generally trust what dentists tell me I should do. I ended up in Dr. Cosgrove's office after all this work and immediately wished I had started here. The staff was kind and went out of their way to explain my insurance coverage and costs before I visited. Dr. Cosgrove took the time to explain the risks and benefits of the treatment he suggested. He did most if not all of the work himself, undercharged me for work he performed, and conversed in a very down to earth way with everyone he interacted with. The reason I gave 5 stars is because of many factors. 1. The staff here is awesome and very friendly. They put you at ease as soon as you walk back. 2. The Dentist's are also very welcoming and have a great bedside manner about them.3. This place is a nice me stop shop, they do it all even root canal's.... No need to go somewhere else for the root canal and back for the crown.. To date I have had 3 root canal's completed here. I have yet to have a crown come loose or fall out.. which is way more likely from other dentists. I do recommend making an appointment if you can. Today my apt was 9-11, I walked in at 8:55 and taken back at 9:05. So for all your dental needs, this is your place!!!!

When I went back to Inverness to get my crown, they told me that I was now an uninsured patient. They bumped up the cost to get the crown by 45%. In addition, I have been noticing at Inverness of a reduction in quality of care and the response on this crown cost was unacceptable. I canceled all my appointments with Inverness and sought the care of another dentist who is using insured rates to charge me for my crown.
