I kept thinking that maybe Dr Jim was having a bad day,... I was hoping that my next visit would be a much better experience. Sadly, each time I was there, He lacked professionalism beyond words. There were times that as I'm getting worked on, he had the dental assistant in tears. She "wasn't holding the tools right", or he snapped at her for not being fast enough, & there were times he grabbed her hand aggressively to put the tool where he wanted it. It was very awkward witnessing this as I'm laying back in the dentist chair, all of this going on above me just inches from my face. Not to mention, feeling embarrassed for the dental assistant. The work I had done also had me returning after my new crown fell off after only a few days. I finally changed dentists and am so glad I did! I know that the dental assistant no longer works there and I pray that she is working elsewhere, where she is being respected and appreciated! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I asked the scheduler when would Dr. Clark be back, as I was flexible. I was then told I would receive a call back after being told we could only see Holmes or Smith. When inquiring why, I was told the pediatric dentist my teen sees only refers to those two, I ask how have a had an appointment if that were true? I was told Clark prefers not to work with children although I have a myriad of reviews from my peers in surgery that he does. I explained we had prepped for what we were told would happen, Aspergers children need to be coached at times to avoid anxiety. I was told i would be called back when the scheduler could not locate my referral, she sent a text message a couple hours later with a new time to a physician I told her we did not want to see. I called the office to follow up, I was transferred to Clarks office only to have apologies and not being made whole for the mixup. I asked if it was an insurance issue or if the issue was that he broke away from our pediatrician and they didn't refer directly to one another. I wanted to know if i could request an exception. I was told that wasn't the case. I was told the scheduler made a mistake and scheduled us with the wrong doctor. Nevertheless we have confirmed twice since we originally scheduled. No one seemed to have a clue how that happened. I looked up the reviews on Holmes and I see a death and permanent nerve damage and you know, maybe its divine intervention. Its definitely not the customer service or experience. If we cant agree on an appointment that been scheduled more months, I don't want any experiments with my teen under anesthesia. We could have used this wasted time to research other surgeons and go somewhere we are comfortable but to kicked off the schedule, reassigned without permission with no follow up, no attempt to be made whole after all of this... I was able to get them extracted with local anesthesia and laughing gas and didn't feel a thing. This morning I woke up with slight discomfort but nothing too serious. The office staff were very professional and the nurses were very soothing to my son. Unfortunately, when we got home, he kept bleeding, which put us behind in getting his pain under control. I called after hours and within minutes Dr Buck called me back with specific instructions as to how to help my son. His suggestions worked and we had a much better night than I'd anticipated. I really really appreciated Dr Buck's responsiveness especially after hours! Dr Buck also did my daughter's wisdom teeth 2 years ago and thankfully it was a more straightforward recovery.

I set up monthly payments on THEIR site despite that. The company the monthly payments are done through showed me they paid them, and they are still harassing me over the bill that's been paid. They didn't apply it to my account. Just stay away. The billing issues with this place are a constant nightmare. I'm so close to filing a BBB complaint. It's been constant issues with billing.

However, after arriving for my appointment, I was informed that my X-rays were "not sufficient" and that the office would need to perform their own X-rays before treatment could continue. After speaking with the office manager, who explained that new X-rays were necessary for proper treatment, I agreed. Before the X-rays were taken, I requested a lead vest with a thyroid collar, which is standard safety practice in dental offices. The hygienist placed a vest on me, but I immediately noticed that it was damaged in several areas. The cracks and worn sections clearly compromised the integrity of the protective shielding. I politely expressed concern about the condition of the vest and requested a safe, undamaged replacement. I was then told that this was the only thyroid-collar vest they had available. I even asked whether two vests could be layered for additional protection and peace of mind, but instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the office ultimately wanted me to leave. As a patient, I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect basic radiation safety equipment to be maintained in proper condition. I also do not appreciate being told one thing before my appointment and then being pressured into additional imaging once I arrived. Overall, the experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable rather than cared for as a patient.

Not going to lie, I partially chose to come here because they have a trendy waiting room. When I called, they were able to schedule me within a week, which is unheard of where we moved from! Usually dentists take 6 months to see people. I'm grateful they had room for us. I arrived with our 9 month old and was worried she would be crying throughout the cleaning, but she did great all thanks to the staff. Dental hygienists would pop by and say hi to my daughter, especially when she started getting fussy. One hygienist even brought her a child's toothbrush and this helped keep her entertained the majority of the appointment. My dental hygienist was very kind and bubbly and the doctor was very kind as well. Very grateful for a good experience! My only critique is that they need a changing table in the bathroom!
