I met Attorney Aaron Doyle at the worst time in my life. I know that is the time when most people…read morecall an attorney. I was frantic and I called about 10 different lawyers that day. Mr. Doyle was the first attorney that set up a time to talk to me that night. He was very prompt, answered all my questions and told me that he would take my case. He was very understanding about my case and honestly I felt like he really cared. I was not wrong in picking Mr. Doyle for my attorney. For the next several months Mr. Doyle picked up my call or called me right back every time I called him. He talked to me when I thought I could not go on any longer. He was compassionate and understanding every time I spoke with him. He informed me right away if there were ever any changes in my case. Sometime I felt as though I was talking to a good friend and not my attorney. He charged me for his services and nothing more. I never felt as though he over charged for hidden fees or things I could have done myself. He does not ramble on the phone just so he can charge for an hour phone call. He is direct and to the point. I always feel as though he answers all of my questions and I'm never feeling lost or confused. Everytime I took Mr. Doyles advise, my case turned out as expected. He is very knowledgeable in family law. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. I felt as though he really saved my life. I am so glad I hired him as my attorney. If you need an attorney, look no further, Mr. Doyle is the best.

If I could give negative stars I would. Know that this comes from a professional licensed person…read moreand these are just the facts. DO NOT CALL BEN KEIZER. This completely unprofessional dude came highly recommended from an attorney I was already working with. So I felt comfortable calling them. As a licensed professional, this hearing and criminal charge was a big deal and could have had huge impacts on my life and career. I spoke to him on a Monday or a Tuesday and I had a hearing scheduled for the following Monday. He wanted the entire fee upfront. I simply didn't have all of it. I told him I could give him a substantial down payment and could pay him the entire fee within a couple weeks. He explained how he had such respect for my profession as he had worked in my field in the past. He assured me he was with me and was going to help me. He told me he would call my by the end of the week with a payment arrangement he would accept. So I relaxed. I didn't call anyone else. By Friday I hadn't heard from him. I was very anxious but I just trusted he would keep his word. After all, he was a recommendation from another attorney with whom I liked and had experience with. On Saturday, I tried to call his office because I had received no communication from his office whatsoever. No calls. No emails. Nothing. So I was able to find another attorney on a weekend who took my case and she was amazing. This guy began calling me Monday morning at the same time the hearing was taking place. He did not do what he said. He lied to me. He ignored my situation. His communication is so unprofessional that it is non-existent. If you value yourself, your case, your money, your time, and your respect, run as fast as you can away from this law firm!!

The inconsistence I went through and how it costed me to medically decline! There was more than several times the person who is the para legal person was lacking with her duties , but better communication skills than Jennifer. Jennifer is giving more like one of them lawyers who don't care . I assume she thought I needed her to represent me when I'd hired her. Now today I'm still having issues with the insurance companies (workers compensation) and no one including the doctors is answering my calls. :( not even my lawyer!!! :/ I'm giving true statements . Do Not Waste your Money, your time!!! I suggest to seek into another lawyer. Oh and look into the doctors they referring you to as well. One Doctor who did my procedure (and it didn't obviously help) is now facing fraud charges and prison time!!! Hope this help the next person who values their lives as I do!!

They seemed like really good people, responded in the consultation to all the issues I'd had with…read morethe two previous attorneys who'd done me wrong, and then, they went missing for over a month when I really needed them. They acted so compassionate, but it wasn't real. Full disclosure: I have a terrible TBI, and one of the symptoms I struggle with is agitation. I called the office upset one day, when I should not have been on the phone with anyone, and I let slip a few swear words. There is no excuse for this; but, it's consistent with my injury unfortunately. And when I explained how sorry I was for swearing, that it hadn't been directed at them, and that I'd really just made an error in judgment because I was so angry and agitated from other things that day, they didn't care at all. So, how can a "compassionate" firm just ditch their client who's in serious need, after just a single heated interaction? Especially when the infraction in this case was consistent with the injury? It's because they don't really care. How can I conclude anything else? If you have a case that you think they can help you with, don't let me stop you. But if you have a TBI, or other severely disabling injury, and you're hoping for care/support/presence beyond the BARE MINIMUM, I'd think again. I wish this weren't the case, but I feel the need to share my experience so others in my position (or similar) do not meet the same frustrating, difficult circumstances. When you're already deep in the pain/suffering/torture of a workers' comp case, you need your attorney to come through for you--not disappear, and then penalize you for being upset about their absence.
