She told the only way I could get any information was if their client call them first. If the client doesn't call them then I'm out of luck, then hung up on me. I got through to a professional that was able to help me. As a business owner I would have fired someone so nasty and unprofessional. I live in the area of their office and might have considered using them. Not anymore.

While attending our defensive driving class the owners have opened up to discussing insurance policies and are pretty honest (e.g. They didn't strong arm us when they heard we had a good insurance rate). Our impression is that they seem pretty honest. This is a small location owned by a couple that I'd certainly do business with other than coming for defensive driving course. When my son is of driving age I plan on using this place for his driving lessons.
