I had a new roof put on my home, and that evening noticed my flood light wasn't working over the…read moregarage. I contacted the roofers to ask if they had bumped into it, but they ignored my text. I started calling electricians, and Mr. Electric was the first to call me back. When they arrived, I was given possible estimates of the cost of repair and/or replacement. The light was up quite high, requiring a very tall ladder. When he first touched the top to see if the optic part was damaged, he got a shock, and realized there was a live wire. Fortunately, he was okay, so they found the circuit breaker and shut off the current to that light. They found the electric eye had come off and felt there was no way the roofers could have missed that. Instead of having to replace the light, he said he was able to fix it after going to get a part. With the assistant going up with a drill to attach the part that was dangling he was able to replace the missing part. Works beautiful and I could not be happier with the way they conducted their business and how quickly they came to make the repair. Had significant…read moretrouble with installing recessed lighting in our ceiling resulting in two drilled holes in the roof, covered up with caulking while also ripping drywall from the ceiling. I had contractors come in to repair some of the damage caused (not all) which was higher than the value of the work he did. I still offered to pay him something to at least cover materials when he seemed reasonable about what had happened. This has resulted in insults and possibly threats from him on how he would get his money back. Response to owner: nice mix of truths and outright lies. I've sent over the full cost of the drywall repairs for him to see. The cost I told to him was only for the excessive damage he caused. Not even all of the damage he caused. He never told my wife about the holes in the roof she just happened to be around when they started panicking but she wasn't sure what was going on. I checked later after she told me something fishy had happened and I had to call him after he left for him to acknowledge the holes in the roof.

Have used them 3 times now and after these last 2 I have to say avoid them. They take longer than…read morenecessary on jobs and will charge you $60 every time they come out. On this last job I had them install an Ethernet line. It worked when they left then ~ 2 weeks later when installing my new computer to it (first time using the outlet after install) I couldn't get the plug into the outlet. I had to take the plate off and the ethernet connector was askew. After fixing and connecting...no internet. So I call to see about repair, sure we'll come look at it for $60 + whatever else we can charge. This is of course after 3 other calls, 1 with the owner, where we have set up the appointment, talked about possible issues and other things with no mention of a service fee. I'm sorry for a repeat, loyal customer to nickel and dime people like this when you just installed it is ridiculous. I will find a new electrician.
