Put in my requirements and out popped Sandco. I gave Daryl a call and he responded, among others. We got a few proposals and Daryl's was not only the least expensive, it was also the most comprehensive. This was a simple time and materials job. As we discussed the job I asked him if I could save some money by buying the lumber myself. He said sure. He gave me the exact list of what to order and I did so, having a couple of pallets of lumber delivered to my home. Note that what he told me to order was almost exactly what he needed, plus 2-3 extra boards. He didn't try to over-order anything. He and his crew (mostly Dad and maybe a cousin?) began the work. I was so incredibly impressed with his work ethic. Communications. Attention to detail. Cleanliness. We couldn't have asked for better. We did a final walk-around and I gave my our final check. My only regret: I truly apologize to Daryl for waiting so long to post this review; I should have done so last Summer just after he finished. After searching for over a month, David Jacinto finally found us a suitable fieldstone, known as "Arizona Flagstone."
