No problem with me. After 3+ weeks without anyone showing up or a phone call explaining that it would take longer, I called back, and was told they would be out the following week. At this point we are at the end of June. The following week comes and goes, with again no work done and no phone call. I call again, and they said the would be out the week after that. Again, same results. They finally said they would be out last Wednesday the 17th, and without fail, no one showed up, or called to reschedule. I called today to find out what was going on, and was given a poor excuse about the weather in the last week. Yeah, it's been raining a lot in the last week, but what about the 2 months prior to that? So I told them not to bother, as they clearly have no concern about their customers time, and will decide to not show up whenever they want, without explanation. I called another local company after who will have the work done by the weekend. Save yourself the hassle, and call anyone else.

They have not been professionally trained and do not follow the industry safety standard (all including climber wearing helmets, eye protection , climber using lifeline and helmet). If their is an accident on your property you will be liable. They ask for full payment before grinding stumps . Often they do not return for months to grind them , if they ever do. And if they do they leave a huge mess. Always request certificates liability and workmans comp.ask to se his maryland tree expert license. They are required by law to post their tree expert number on every advertisement and business literature.

I had a mixed experience with this tree service…read more The good: The crew who came out did a careful job cutting down a large tree close to a building. They worked safely and avoided any property damage. On the technical side of things, I was satisfied. The bad: The quoting and scheduling process was very disappointing. The estimator visited my property (without me present) and provided a quote after walking the site. A month later, when the scheduled workday came, the technician suddenly said he couldn't honor the quote. He claimed I had poured a new cement driveway since the quote, which was simply not true -- the driveway had been there all along. He explained that using their truck might damage the driveway, so the tree would need to be climbed and removed a different way. That's fine, but the $800 price increase should have been acknowledged as their mistake, not blamed on me. I even offered to meet halfway, but he refused and insisted on the full amount. With no other option, I agreed just to get the tree down. Bottom line: the tree was removed safely, but the lack of accountability and the last-minute upcharge left a very bad impression.
