Promises to have excellent work and that the work will be done correctly. However, the workmanship overall is not good, several issues had to be resolved. Stephen (if he comes) shows up on site for maybe 30 mins at the beginning of the day. Stephen doesn't check any of the work to ensure its up to code or if he does, he doesn't know the code and will cause rework later. I requested all work to be permitted at the beginning of the project. After questioning when the inspector was coming, his workers said Stephen was dealing with that. Stephen never filed for the permitting until I told him it had to be done. Work had to be paused for a month while waiting for inspector to come to the house. Cracks in grout from install after 2 months. I found out there was no Schluter or hardy board under the tile and it was put directly onto plywood. After 3 attempts to repair by just adding more grout into the cracks and caulking into the grout, I complained enough that he replaced it with LVP. They poured a concrete pad right before a frost and mounted the split unit condenser on it 2 days after pouring. I asked Stephen to fix this and his response was "it's a useable pad". I was so feed up with the excuses and the terrible workmanship that I didn't even want him to come back. Several other items had to be fixed, mounting the split units within 2 inches from the ceiling, not cleaning the walls before painting, stripped screws, and overall just terrible finishing work. The other issue I had was that they used my tools and shop vac while working on the projects without consent. Completely unprofessional. Stephen Hale offers a good price but the headaches and numerous failed inspections were a nightmare. Spend a little more and avoid the problems.

Mike came out to check it out and give us a quote. He was super professional and gave us a quote on the spot. He had books for us to check out all our different options for shutters and railings, and said for bigger jobs, you can go to the showroom to check out materials. I personally loved the convenience of sitting on my front porch and picking everything out! He was patient and let us flip through the books and never once made us feel like he was in a rush. We put a deposit down on the spot. Our ability to do the project was dependent on another contractor doing stone work on our porch first. Fiderio was great about scheduling around them and getting the work done quickly once the stone work project was complete. They did their work fast and cleaned up without a trace. The prices are fair (let's be honest, home improvement projects are never cheap!) and the service and quality of workmanship is fantastic! I haven't even received my invoice for final payment, and I'm already eyeing my back deck for replacement....when I'm ready, I will definitely call Fiderio!

Because of the work done there we chose them once again for our kitchen. Pleasant and on time, the workers showed up each day ready to work. They left the job site clean at the end of each day as well. They are priced competitively, with generous allowances in choosing the materials.

You can't even tell there had been a hole at all. Professional. Polite. Fair price.

It came out very nice and I am very pleased. The man was friendly and all business. My only complaint is that when he left on Friday he said I will be here tomorrow between 8:30/9:00. I waited for him to come but no show so I contacted the owner who apologized for him saying he would be here but because it was a holiday weekend he would not be here until Tuesday. I could have got together with friends had I known that before noon. That is my only complaint.

The land they had to work with was covered with roots and other obstacles (as well as snow) but they got it done in a timely fashion and the fence looks great and is solidly constructed. I also felt that the price was quite reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I showed the company representative some concerns I had with the job and this is where things went downhill. My concerns were that the fence work did not match an existing fence and several posts were not aligned properly. The company representative not only stated he disagreed with me but he stated he had no intention to redo any of their work as I requested. He proceeded to call me a "liar", and said I was "blind". When I asked him to leave my property and proceeded to walk away the company representative in a threatening tone told me "not to turn my back on him". He then stated "he did not have to leave my property because he had an open contract with me and the work was not complete, and he could come and go as he pleases until the work is done". In conclusion the work was unsatisfactory and the company management is not someone I would recommend based on the above.
