Just went in to preview my daughters senior portraits today and they were amazing. The only regret my daughter had was selecting the basic shoot of the 30 minute. I was against this informing her that she will regret it and I was correct. Jenn was our photographer and she was great she didn't charge us extra for going outside for the basic session she said she just had to take a couple of pics of my daughter with her, Thank U Jenn! Receive excellent customer service when I was selecting the photos I also receive extra photos. Mr. Edwards I hope u read this. I will be a returning customer. I receive the highest level of care. First of all i want to start with the positive. The photographer I had, Alyssa, was a pleasure to work with. She really did a great job working with my kids and on the photography. All the staff seemed very nice and friendly. But I do have to say that their business model is lacking severely. To expect people to pay $500 or more for pictures after they've already spent money to get their pictures taken seems extremely overpriced. I would have been willing to just buy the digital copies if they had not had asked for $700 for them. We offer to pay $200 for the cd since this is somewhat the price of the cd in their packages offered but they were firm on us having to purchase an entire $500 package. I am now going to go somewhere else for my daughters first birthday pictures. I am extremely heartbroken and disappointed that I cannot purchase the ones that I originally took with them. I hope they realize the amount of money they are losing in the long run for overcharging for their product. For this reason i would not come here again or recommend them to any one. read more

We went there for my daughter senior portrait .The location had many sets and props for inside and out extremely professional .They took amazing pictures of my daughter and I cannot speak enough about the customer service. My experience was far beyond my expectations. JIMMY the photographer was patient and kind, extremely skilled in his craft. He photographed my 5 month old and 11 year old and didn't miss a beat capturing the best smiles and essence of my grandchildren. He was so good we asked if my husband and I could do a couple of shots too. He was totally okay with making a couple of old folks blush resulting in some great pictures to choose from. My daughters photo of her family came out so nice too. When we returned to chose our photos we did not have to wait for our appointment it was on time. We were offered water or coffee and sat comfortably for a beautiful slide show created by TREVOR. He patiently awaited our choices offering his expertise. He was not pushy nor "salesman-ish"! He took the time to create the perfect package while giving us the best bang for our buck. Just got my sons in photos in the other day and let me tell you, we had a another Five Star experiences always from the photo session to getting help choosing the right photos and package suitable for our budget and needs, just ask for Marschae when you go in , she is awesome with the children and makes you're experience very comfortable. Started out at another place to get my 9 month old daughter's holiday pictures. It was a nightmare to say the very least. Very upset that so close to Christmas and my dreams of sweet first Christmas photos were destroyed I googled photography and found William Edwards photography. I called them in tears expecting to hear that they had no openings being the week before Christmas. I talked to Roxanne. She was very sweet and patient as I sobbed my situation to her and responded with a very sympathetic "get over here now"! By this time the baby was grumpy, and I was a basket case. We got to the studio where Roxanne was waiting to welcome us in. She greeted sweetly and we discussed the before issue and what I was looking for. They allowed me time to feed and sooth the baby. Upon meeting with Allison (photographer) she set up beautiful sets and had the baby smiling and having a blast! She captured so many wonderful poses and priceless smiles!! Her interaction with my little angle was patient and loving. Not once did she rush or show sign of displeasure. Was able to get a viewing appointment for the next day. They had put together the sweetest slideshow of the images. It was so lovely I was once again in tears.. Trevor helped us through the choosing and ordering process. Of course it was hard to choose from all the AMAZING images that Allison had captured. Trevor was very patient and hospitable! They are also rushing my order so I can send them out with Christmas cards! I am so very pleased with the level of professionalism and the empathy these guys show their clients. I can not brag enough about the way the rescued us from a very bad experience! I will NEVER go anywhere else!! These guys have just won me and my families business for life!!! It's so hard to get a 2 yr old to sit still for family photos. The staff here is great and so kid friendly. The photographer even put a baby chick on his head so my son would look up more. Our first experience at William Edwards Photography was in 2009 for my daughters senior portraits. We purchased the Ultimate package which offered the cap and gown, and four outfit changes of our choice. I am happy to say we are returning customers! This studio offers great customer service and very helpful and friendly employees! They are accommodating to your schedule and more than happy to work with you, in any way they can. This studio provides a wide variety of indoor and outdoor settings to meet your needs. We have been very pleased and satisfied with the freedom to make these portraits personal to our hobbies and personalities! Allison is so patient and open to our suggestions and let me tell you, we took lots of props and even our fur baby to be photographed. We never felt hurried for our appointments, she was creative also which was an added bonus because we don't want our pictures to look like everyone else that has been photographed at William Edwards. They take pride in their work and it shows in the quality of the product you receive. We always recommend William Edwards to family and friends because we have been so pleased and happy with our pictures. Love this place! They did both of my little sisters' graduation photos, which turned out lovely. I needed to get some professional shots done, and they were quick and efficient and really receptive to whatever sorts of shots and outfit changes I wanted. I worked with two of their photographers, who were absolute professionals-- super warm and friendly. Their normal hair and make up woman was out, which gave my mom pause, but their sub was awesome! She knew what she was doing and created the perfect look for me without going over the top. I went to a party that night afterward, and everyone was blown away by how good my make up especially was! Where do I begin...I've had the pleasure of watching William Edwards work and style over the last couple years; through a close friend that has been going to them for her photos and I'm always blown away. William Edwards's photos have the best composition and quality. They are pros at everything from family photos to marketing shots. I decided to have my pregnancy photos taken at William Edwards, and I must say not only did we have a blast but it truthfully was the best experience ever! The photographer and her assistant know exactly what they are doing; and the poses they have you do are extremely complimenting to your pregnant belly hahaha. I had a very unpleasant experience prior to going to William Edwards. I went to a "So called photographer" I found on Facebook thinking..."oh! Let me give them a shot, they may possibly be good and it will save me some money." Boy was that the worst mistake ever, you could definitely tell the pictures were not done by a professional. The angles she used to photograph me did not compliment my face or body at all. It's bad enough when we are pregnant we have certain insecurities and are nervous of how we will be photographed. I had shown those pictures "the so called photographer" took to a few of my friends and first thing I was told was "oh! My gosh...you look way bigger in the pictures than you are in real life" Which was in fact true. It was the worst ever!!!!! Not only was I crushed but also extremely angry that I had wasted 3 hours. Of my time for nothing. I HIGHLY recommend William Edwards; they were professional and genuinely helpful and willing to help with everything I needed. I couldn't be happier. I have found my new home and would not go anywhere else. Doing business with these people is as enjoyable as buying a car. They do a great job making the photo session fun ,take pretty good pictures ,and then after you view them on a plasma TV and your kid falls in love with them, the disgustingly fat sales manager comes out and socks it to you. Especially if you are there for high school pictures, as they know you will never tell your kid they will not be getting a 600-700 dollar picture package. The insulting thing is the prices they tell you are their regular prices like $795 for a CD of your photo shoot or $950 for a 16x20 photo before they offer you a big discount. Don't these people have a clue about the current economy? I have been there twice in my life but never again. Pricing is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor before your photo shoot. Ask the pricing of their actual photos and packages. read more

They don't even deserve one star. My daughter explained in detail her horrible experience with them. Firstly, overpriced, absolutely OVERPRICED for the work they do. We had portraits for my son done years back that were not only far better quality and uniquely done, but they also didn't cost a fortune with a different district/company. They were not only rude in person but very aggressive over the phone. We had already planned out with other photographers but her school specifically told us we had to do them with W.E. for her yearbook. They were low mannered and very unprofessional with their attitudes and communication. Don't even want to get into how uncooperative they were. DO NOT get your senior photos done here. (P.s. airbrush effect is overdone and makes kiddos look like plastic fake dolls. My daughter's skin is perfectly clear.. beyond excessive, unnecessary editing done) I've seen amateurs do a better job. read more

They are super aggressive just in trying to get you to schedule an appointment. They called my home and then immediately called my cell phone, sometimes leaving a message, sometimes not. Just this past week they've called every day, several times a day, while I was trying to recuperate from an illness (I'm sure they are pushing for Holiday photos.) I finally got to the phone and told them to take me off their list. If they are this creepy aggressive in just getting an appointment, I can't imagine what they are like when they have you in there getting you to buy their very expensive photo packages. I had photos done with them once back in 2000 and they were so expensive we could afford only one photo, but at least they didn't stalk us like this. I wish I had never stopped at their booth at the fair. I paid 10 bucks for a "coupon package" and just got harassment for months. Never again dealing with them. read more

My little sister got her HS senior pictures taken there last year. They all turned out beautifully, much better then the crappy one in her yearbook (a different photography place took those). Although the sales people only called once or twice to let us know her pics were ready, as we were about a week late picking them up they were too pushy when it came to picking out the photos that we wanted. They need to just cool it, no one needs or wants someone jumping down their throat when trying to make a decision. Especially one that involves pictures you'll be looking at for the rest of your life. And yes, they are very expensive. . . though good quality, and the photographer who took her pics was very nice and friendly. I give him 5 stars and William Edwards overall 2 stars. They just need to lighten up a bit and not worry so much about maybe not making the sale. More flies with honey. . . read more
