We had a partial kitchen renovation done by William French Interiors. We had a dated backsplash and cooktop that needed to be replaced. This required coordination of a number of sub-contractors. First impression mean a lot, they tell me things like professionalism, reliability, and promptness. When it comes to contractors, those characteristics are essential because if they don't exist, the remodel can turn into a nightmare. I spoke with Will on Friday for an in-home consult on Monday. He didn't show up for consultation and never called to let me know. Called me the next day only after I posted such on his website review...never apologized, just made excuses that his truck got stuck in the mud. Excellent job once again!! We hired Gary over the past 3 years to remodel our master bathroom and kitchen. This time William French replaced our downstairs flooring with ceramic tile in the living and dining room, and new carpet in the master bedroom. We also had our fireplace refaced with tile and everything looks awesome!! They also replaced most of our baseboards that brightened up our 20-year old home. This experience was completely "stress-free" from the selection to the install. The sales manager was knowledgable and asked great questions to understand our needs and budget. The install team was on-time, professional and skilled at their work- This was a 5-room and stairs, 2000+ square feet job, and the install team completed the flawless install in 1-DAY!!! Will not recommend or use again. The end product looks good but the process was less than satisfactory. I had to clean paint of the new flooring, the custom cabinet drawers do not work well (the project manager replaced them and tried to make us happy, kuddos for that), there was absolutely no communication from management once the job was sold. Disappointing experience overall!! May 2017 The company contacted us and asked to come walk the project and be given the opportunity to correct the problems.
