We now understand the doctor is in different locations on different days, but we should have been told of the different location at the time of booking. The reminder call staff ( two days before the appointment) told him he needed to bring a responsible adult with him. It was a problem for me as I had to rearrange things and inconvenience another person. When we arrived, he was told his procedure only needed a local anesthetic and he didn't need anyone with him! I have a deep fear of needles and very sensitive teeth. My life circumstances also make scheduling surgery more complicated than it is for most. I had a consultation with Dr. Lee this week and found him to be positive, respectful and very attentive to my fears and concerns. Chairside manner. I have always felt safe, comfortable and included in what was happening to me. The hygenists and Dr. Walters himself always explains what they are doing and why.
