Finally, we picked out the Quartz countertop and couldn't be happier! The measurements were precise and taken by a very experienced technician. They kept us in the loop and setting up the install was very easy! The installers were wonderful and did a fabulous job. Even having it done at the beach (which is always difficult to get anything done) I highly recommend them (which we have already done with the neighbors)

Five years later, the undermount kitchen sink they installed in the same granite countertop dropped and caused a leak. I had a plumber come out and he video'd the mounts they used to install the sink and thought the length of the wood they used was too short. We both thought the bracket may have failed because of that. I called precision and told them what happened and supplied them with pics and video. They wanted to charge me to come out and reinstall the sink and, by the way, if plumbing had to be removed and then re-installed, that would require a visit from a plumber. I asked another countertop installer to come fix the sink but they won't touch other people's mistakes. My sink is being held in place by a car jack. At least the plumber fixed my leak.

Artistic Stone Design (ASD) is truly a hidden gem in the countertop fabrication industry, and I…read morefeel incredibly fortunate to have found them. I hired ASD for a complex kitchen countertop and backsplash project after seeing their stunning backlit Crystallo stone installation in a Street of Dreams project. My project entailed a backlit island, multiple cutouts and a curved wall structure. From my first conversation with Marina, one of the owners, I knew I was in excellent hands. She was exceptionally customer-focused, providing multiple updated quotations as my project evolved and offering thoughtful guidance on stone selection and other design decisions. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never tired of my many questions. When I found my Crystallo Quartzite at MSI, Marina offered to pick it up and store it for m and held it for more than two years while I finalized my cabinetry and overall kitchen design. Throughout that time, she checked in kindly and never once showed frustration or impatience. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. ASD's fabrication team is among the best I have encountered. They beautifully fabricated the various pieces of my Crystallo Quartzite, which is an exceptionally delicate and translucent stone. Eduardo and Leo in the fabrication shop were outstanding. They took the time to provide samples, review templates, and patiently create multiple edge samples so I could make an informed decision. Eduardo was nearly ready to leave for the day when I asked for one more edge sample, and he graciously made it without hesitation. It is rare to find professionals who are so genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, and Eduardo exemplified that level of dedication. The installation crew was equally fantastic. They worked diligently, took great pride in their craftsmanship, and were fully invested in delivering the level of quality I was hoping for. Lim, the lead installer, was polite, friendly, and consistently positive throughout the process. The install crew including Juan, Geo, Ivan, and several others--put tremendous care into shaping the edges and polishing the seams to perfection on a very challenging quartzite. Their seam-polishing technique is truly world-class. ASD allowed them to take the time needed to perfect the results unlike other fabricators who rush through projects to maximize ROI. They stayed up late to clean and seal the stone thoroughly before they left. ASD also designed and installed my backlit island waterfall, and the final result is absolutely gorgeous. They artistically assembled slivers of the quartzite to cover my curved wall for a stunning look! Just as importantly, they stand behind their work and assured me they would be available if I noticed any issues after the installation was complete. I highly recommend Artistic Stone Design for any stone fabrication project. Their artistry, professionalism, patience, and commitment to quality are exceptional. I am also grateful to Alex and David for managing my project and seeing it through to completion.

We are a…read moreclean well kept household and I definitely don't expect any remodel to forever look perfect but so many things started to fall apart w/in the year and now I'm still reminded everyday at what a terrible job they did. Our ceilings where they removed a wall and placed a beam in attic and walls they retextured have pretty serious cracks that run along all the areas they worked on, around the can light fixtures they are all turning yellow (and a few have fallen out), the floors squeak worse then before and a big part of what we wanted was them to support the floor to stop/avoid that from happening and also are splitting in numerous places (they say weather effects that w hardwoods but weather has only made it worse and cracks bigger) , the cabinets are terrible quality and are chipping and cracking, every where they 'sealed' (trim and stairs) is separating and looking pretty run down, and they installed our appliances so terribly that our oven reeks of gas still and the dishwasher has to be closed a certain way if u want it to work. Again I could go on and on....please know I'm well aware that remodels don't last forever nor would I expect them to, but dropping over $80,000+ dollars just a few years ago I would at least expect 10 years out of it instead we've had to spend more money fixing, repairing and painting. Choosing this company for our remodel is still one of the biggest regrets we have ever made. Please do your research before choosing this company or anyone the employed 2-4 years ago.

Got new project manager who wasn't any better. Got a lot of apologies, but nothing got better Wasn't due to change orders - there weren't any - we knew what we wanted and spent a lot of time getting to that point. Constantly had to come in and rework things (one panel was the wrong stain and wood - they installed it anyway) Installed end caps after cutting them up and leaving raw, unfinished edges, had to come back and redo. Electrician had to come out to rework the job 6 times Peninsula base cabinet couldn't be opened because they didn't give the range clearance (with the range specs and specific instructions) Installed cabinetry incorrectly, had to redo. I could go on, but you get the picture.

Their concrete sub contractor needed room away from the deck to remove his forms, which is understandable but making the addition a foot short was not an option that wold work for us. Instead of informing us about this issue, they allowed their subcontractor to pour the foundation not to plan without letting use know, and acted surprised when I called them out on it being short. We would have gladly had them remove a portion of the deck (something they had to do anyways) but instead had to have a cantilever engineered to fix the issue that caused a month plus of delays. In the end it was fixed, but if I wouldn't have pointed this out they would have continued with construction of the addition with it being a foot short. Unacceptable. #2 - Our 27ft long addition is 1 3/4" out of level from one end to the next. In other online review platforms they have suggested this is something I could have fixed before I installed the hardwood floor... Well this means the floor would have been above the height of the entry door and 1 3/4" of self leveling concrete or shims is not a viable fix. There are multiple other things I could talk about, like making the space for the vanity too short to fit even after I pointed it out to the multiple times, the continuous subfloor they built from the bedroom to living room and mudroom to living room are all 1/4" off in height because they did it in sections and where unable to make them transition correctly. Im sure its not malicious, they are generally nice people and I did appreciate the work the crew did, but they where not responsive to issues/criticisms and tried to blame us or others for issues that simply where their lack of attention to detail and mismanagement. There seems to be a disconnect between work being done and the front office which makes everything a mess. If you're planning a big project and want someone who is detailed oriented, or can simply make things level, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Below I have attached a picture of the cabinet at the far end which had to be "shimmed" with a 2x4 to make level with the rest of cabinets along wall.

Revive Remodeling did a full kitchen remodel of our home in Jan. 2017 (existing kitchen gutted,…read morewall removed, new windows, entryway to dining room enlarged....pretty major!) In a nutshell: Don and his crew at Revive were professional, punctual, communicative and made the process of our first ever remodel as stress-free as possible. Now some highlights: * Don helped us through the initial design and layout process without being pushy in any way. * He was very patient with any changes that we made. * He came regularly to see first hand how things were coming along. * He addressed any concerns or questions we had promptly and never had a "wow, that was a stupid question" or "you just don't know how the process works" or "I'm the boss, you should trust me" type of attitude. Don is honestly one of the nicest, most patient, cheerful guys (who also knows his stuff) that you'd ever want to be in charge of tearing your kitchen apart to put it back together again! * His wife, Laurie who is in charge of invoicing and scheduling, did an excellent job of communicating any invoice changes and payment due dates. * His crew members were always on time, hard-working, cleaned up at the end of the day, communicated with us as the process went along and stayed on schedule. The demo of our kitchen/family room occurred during the Jan. 2017 snow storm and they only cancelled one day and even asked to make up for it that Saturday. Every other day that week, they worked full days, struggling to get their vans out of our driveway and culdesac at the end of the day. One day, Don even showed up with a show shovel to clear our walkway and driveway for them. WOW! * Every sub contractor hired by Revive was skilled at their particular craft and punctual. * We had some issues with our cabinets (not Revive's fault) and Don truly went above and beyond to make sure every mistake was corrected to our satisfaction. He was very patient with our frustration and validated every concern. Looking back, we really feel that he wasn't going to get a good night sleep until we were happy. After this experience, we would never consider using any company other that Revive Remodeling LLC for any future projects. We really cannot say enough good things about them......especially after hearing horror stories from some of our friends. You don't want to use just anyone to dismantle and reconstruct the home you have worked so hard to purchase and maintain!
