The first half of day one was on understanding theory of recovery options; the afternoon was advanced tire repair and then out in the field doing hands on stuck situations. Day two was all in the field understanding winch applications and applying them to our vehicles. It's one thing to read about or watch a video on winch recovery, but actually doing it yourself and seeing the winch in action is some much better for understanding and retention of the skills. I emailed them, and they said they would inquire with the shipping vendor. Then, no follow-up. Two days later, I requested a refund since the package still hadn't been delivered. Customer service blamed me and lied in the email, saying they had already informed me it would take a few days to check the status -- which they hadn't. Eventually, the package was found and delivered. The product looked old and dirty. The rubber part around the frame is very hard and uncomfortable on the skin. I requested a return label and confirmed that the return shipping cost would be deducted from the refund. A staff member replied that they would send the label later that same day -- but they didn't. I emailed again two days later about the return label. They replied that the staff had called off and said they would send the label shortly. I still haven't received it.

The way they do that creates two layers of glass. When water gets between the layers, it will obstruct your vision and you will not be able to clear it. Sight for Sport Eyes does say in its info that they use an insert, but they do not make it clear that it necessarily means there will be two layers of glass and that once there is water in the goggles, it will get between the layers and obstruct your vision. When I discovered this and attempted to return and get a refund, Sight for Sport Eyes told me that they would only refund the base amount of the goggles - $75 out of a total of $260. NOT GOOD!

I requested an update. No reply. May 9th, I call the business asking for an update on my order, and whoever it was I talked to didn't ask for an order number or anything. They just said that they just got a bunch of the orders in, and I would be receiving an email update within a couple days. Nothing. Today, May 27th, I once again called asking for an update. Told whoever I spoke to that the order was placed through Tualatin JBO. They told me all those orders were already delivered. Told them I placed this order on April 19th, and I could give them the order number if it would help. Their exact reply was, "Well the order number isn't gonna do me any good." They got a little flustered, then asked for my name and number and would get back to me later in the day. I called about 3pm. It's almost 930pm and no call back. Update 5/28 - Received word from someone from Tualatin JBO. The orders were received a week ago and will be distributed amongst the teams/families. Still would have appreciated SOME type of communication from OCSG.
