I thought to myself, I really need to find someone that knows their stuff and is trust-able. Low and behold I stumbled upon The Flannery Law Firm. Amy, the principle lawyer of the firm is incredible to say the least. Our landlord, who issued us a standard lease gave us some very tough terms on the lease to cope with. It was almost to a point where we wanted to stop the whole operation given the risk we were about to take... and then comes Amy who may as well had warpaint on her face. She completely revised the contract, analysed every single word of the contract and fought tooth and nail to get us the best possible contract we could get! My father, who is critical about everyone and everything (ESPECIALLY LAWYERS), had nothing but praise for her.
