We have purchased cakes for special occasions here and they are wonderfully delicious and artistic! Another curious delight is their pizza bread. This is a Quebec specialty and theirs has a tad more garlic flavour but is richer in flavour than some other places. Everything I've had here is tasty. Really fresh and delish. I definitely will come back to test a sandwich. Good sandwich shops are hard to come by in Terrebonne- Mascouche so I'm looking forward to testing it out. The owners are a couple French Canadian-Italian and you can definitely see the pride they take in preparing high quality food.

Food offerings are chicken, turkey, pork griot and cabri (goat meat) plates. My choice was a pork griot plate with riz colle, plantains, macaroni salad, sauce and pickliz.Pork offering was generous. It wasn't all grizzly fat. Some solid chunks of pork. The riz colle was a huge serving, well seasoned. Super delicious from a small business. I'm definitely coming back. Then a couple of years ago they added an extension and added fresh meats, seafood and prepared meals. Prices of the fruit and veg are a bit more expensive but I believe their quality and freshness to be a bit higher than your Metro, Super C, Maxi etc. Also it's nice to come into a smaller store to be able to get in and out of quickly (with some staple items) and typically not the longer lineups. I have found that their meat and seafood are very expensively priced (we go to Costco)! The place to me is the perfect size of corner grocery stores (from an era in which there were local supermarkets). Now the majority of the supermarkets are so big and you don't need half of the items they have. Although price is a tad higher I don't mind paying for it for produce. For meat however this is a different ballgame.

Especially when they are so creative and friendly and offer delicious tummy filling cupcakes. Selection is large with your typical choices in caramel, red velvet and vanilla. They also have others such as cappuccino, baileys, strawberry, double chocolate and so many more I can't name them all. Makes a great treat for the weekend or an office or birthday party! Timed perfectly for the start of spring and the start of the warm weather I don't think they could plan the grand opening any better. So here's the scoop(literally and figuratively). Their specialty is dipped ice cream (enrobe en francais). Sizes go from baby, mini, small medium and large. A baby which is ridiculously small goes for $1.95 plus tax for normal and $2.75 dipped. Then a mini goes for $2.45 and dipped $3.50 all the way up to a large which is $4.95 and $6.60 dipped. I think the large is ridiculously large so I have been quite content having a mini dipped. The selection of dips is so large. I believe more than 10 types. From classic dark chocolate, salted caramel, white chocolate, cookies and cream to name just a few. Really something for everyone and then some! The chocolate once dipped is a very thick smooth flavour. Very nice! And if you like chocolate you will love it! The place is brand new and has indoor seating and outdoor seating. Parking is plentiful and pretty easy to get in and out of! Where I feel a bit sad is that there are a handful of other small ice cream shops in Terrebonne. My prediction is Chocolat Favorit will shut a bunch of these places down it's that good. Those people with other ice cream shops will not be able to compete with this place. I've been here twice in a week now and both times the lineups have been huge in the evening! Come check it out! Having Super "joe's" special breakfast club - and a regular eggs & bacon breakfast. Fast service - polite and smilely young waitress. (probably because I'm with my son) Food= Breakfast Club got and made it to the clean plate club. Poached eggs perfect, toast dark and perfect, crispy bacon perfect, too many potatoes but outsude crispy and centre soft perfect (not over seasoned - which is great because you can do that yourself) sausages - meh, coffee unlimited. Plus the dough was a bit more doughy that I had preferred. Next I had tried their subs. The main one that comes with pepperoni (all dressed) was better than the pizza but not amazing. I'm sure I could find something on their menu that I would like but from what I've tried I wasn't wowed. Maybe I'll give them another chance as they are not far from my house but overall the experience has been somewhat ordinary and less memorable for this cowboy.
