In the past I had shopped online as well as in the city for my insurance needs. Some friends have recommended that I watch various youtube presentations to help in understanding all the ins and outs. It is exhausting. Just when I thought I was set with my Medicare Supplement a friend recommended I talk to Mike Johnson at FHK Insurance in Glendale. Reluctantly, I called him yesterday and started by saying "I only want a Supplement". He asked "why" and we had a conversation which led to a visit to their office on the very same day. I can only say that he knew everything there is to know about healthcare, and he made what is very complicated, very simple. As hard as it is believe, it is true. This man explained everything in a language that was so easy to understand and lowered my premium from $127.00 to $0 a month showing me that I was needlessly overpaying. He took all the stress out of Medicare and everything connected to it. He said that if there were any issues along the way after my enrollment, just to call him and he will take care of it. The only thing better about this is if I had talked to him several years ago. He is a young man who has been in the insurance for twenty years, and there is no better in the field.

Joe Hearings State Farm office is a complete joke. He insured my property incorrectly stating I…read morewasn't a residing in the property assuming because my mailing address is different from my living address. I didn't notice the error until after my house caught a fire. At which time I discovered my policy was only covered at 40%. This was devastating, who was he helping with such low coverage. After discovering the problem at the time I had to place a fire claim everything came out. He agreed his was wrong to assume I didn't live in the property. He stated to me he would notify State Farm to correct his error. Instead he doubled back and reneged on his word. After State Farm took recorded statements from both me and Joe (the owner of State Farm agency) he blamed it all on an employee that doesn't work there anymore which is totally untrue. Joe is the one who wrote the policy up. Last I recall if someone working for a company screw up ( Joe) the company is still responsible. After constantly call up to Joe's office he began not answer my calls. State Farm is unprofessional, a scam, and a total fraud. If you are covered my him you need to double check your policy and if you really want to play it safe find a reputable insurance company before your in the same shoes I'm in screwed for a better choice of words. Joe's office is bad for business.
