However, the front office staff is a different story. While they are polite, they aren't educated or able to accurately give estimates on the cost of service. I was quoted $50 dollars and then I was sent a bill for nearly $1K. When I asked them what happened, as this should have been clear when they gave me the quote, they simply hid behind the fact that they told me was "a quote". A complete lack of empathy or compassion to the situation was the cherry on top. Look elsewhere.

I couldnt commit to the shots, went with drops and it didnt work for me. Wasted three years with that doctor. Park lane allergy offers rush allergy shots and the traditional weekly shots over the years. I chose the rush allergy shots where I take one day off from work to sit in their office and do most of the shots upfront then two months weekly shots before I go to monthly. That works way better with my schedule demands. Everybody in the office was very nice. Also, I love their hours, open at 7AM and close for lunch everyday and half day Friday. I'm an early morning so I will take that time to better fit my schedule.

I was told that they could give me a medicine for the allergies but then later they called and said they couldn't because I was over 65 years old. Should they have known I was over 65 when I made the appointment, or when the doctor met me? Since they couldn't treat me because of my age, they sent me a bill, one year later, for the doctor's visit, I called their office to tell them know why I felt I should not be responsible for that charge but I was not able to talk to the the billing person. I then left SIX long voicemail messages to the business manager over 2 months time but no one called me back. They continued to send me payment reminders and last week a final notice before they were going to send it to collections. I was planning to go to the office to discuss the matter in person but my wife and I decided to not worth making a scene, so I paid it through the phone. I was told that I would get a receipt via email but it's been 4 days with 2 phone calls, I still have not received it. Six messages and no call back! I think that person should be fired!

It was so fast i started laughing. She told me what to get to take care of it and didn't try to upsell me on any other services, she was fantastic! Rash is 100% gone with shampoo and lotion bought from cvs. The staff that answers calls and books appts are phenomenal, friendly and very knowledgeable. All around a great experience. The doctors here are dedicated to helping their patients whether my Primary doctor was Dr Gupta or now Dr Safdarian the transition between doctors was seamless. The practice has grown over the years and I have some people treating me today that we're here in the very beginning. To me that says a lot about the practice culture. I would highly recommend then in treating Asthma (yes I am a patient), Allergies (again a patient thou I have not needed the allergy injections), and Hereditary Angiodema (man did the doctors, staff and I work hard on learning about that one together). I highly recommend them and even willing to drive 45min to an hour every other week for treatments.

I went here the first time about a year ago, I had had two seasonal allergies that turned into…read morereally bad head colds. He recommended taking allergy test to figure out what I was allergic to. I went through it and it turned out I was allergic to much more than I expected. We started out with antigens treatment that is based on exactly what you are allergic to. It can up to 6 months to notice the difference but I was fortunate and it started working already after a couple of weeks. I haven't even had a cold since then! The staff are always courteous and remind you ahead of time of your appointments. If you get allergy drops, you can either pick them up at the office or they can mail them to you. Dr Otto has very good bedside manners and is always very good at his job.

Prior to the visit, I had to fill out extensive paperwork, detailing all my symptoms, including root causes leading up to my illness. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see that I was to meet with his daughter, in training, instead of Dr. Kotsanis. It was very disappointing. She didn't seem to grasp what I was going through, which left me frustrated. Dr. Kotsanis decided to come out of his office to see me. He didn't know a single thing about me, and obviously didn't read any of the history. I ended up leaving his office broke, devestated, and defeated.
