They said they had technical issues with their CT machine, which was frustrating, but not the end of the world. Problem is instead of finishing the root canal after the machine finished working, I was told they ran out of time and I had to be rescheduled. I was already there for an hour and a half, but they wanted to move on to the next patient who had only been waiting 5 mins. The hilarious part is they still expected me to pay for the evaluation, even though the root canal was never done. Dr. Drew Benbow does not know how to treat his patients, therefore I would never under any circumstances trust him with my teeth.

To top it all off, AI was used to scan my x-ray which misdiagnosed cavities. Luckily, the hygienist I liked and had gotten used to was smart enough to tell me and prove that the AI was wrong.
