This is designed so that other consumers who read the negative review, hesitate to leave their own. This is your first RED FLAG. Reputable companies apologize for your experience and ask how it can be resolved. You won't find that with Mikes "Resolution" company. Research the multiple articles about "tax specialist" like Mike, who take advantage of people's fears and tax trouble. Mike will leave you in a worse position than before you paid him. You're better off speaking to the IRS directly and they will TELL you this. This post isn't hyperbole, it's me hoping that no one else has to experience what me and my family experienced.
