I was told that with letterhead from the organization providing the EMT courses that I would be given a special rate. I called back 2 days later and was told that no such rate was available and that she wouldn't even ask anyone about it. I persisted, courteously, in asking if there was any way that she could help me to determine whether there was any truth to the conversation I'd had 2 days prior with a different individual. She flat out told me that she wouldn't even ask anyone and she wouldn't do anything else about it. Of course, I can get my immunization and vaccinations done elsewhere, but that sort of bullheadedness is unnecessary and counterproductive, not to mention rude.
